The room was very spacious. There was a sitting area in the window sill with a perfect view over the skyline.

There was a really bad smell in the bathroom when the ventilation was on....

Especially the view of our hotel room was very nice. Overall the hotel was clean and the people working there were very helpful as well. We had an issue with the electricity which was fixed immediately and effectively. The room was pretty big for a hotel in Seoul. Even though it was about 10min away from the nearest subway station the walk was hardly a bother. We could sleep well in the night because it was not to loud.

If you go from the bath to the rest of the room there was a small step. We got used to it very fast but in the beginning we did stub our toe a few times. Sadly there wasn’t a smaller mirror in the bathroom and the light in the bathroom was a bit dim.

275,000 Won is a bit on the steep side for one night without breakfast included. It's an extra 22,000 Won per person for breakfast. The breakfast was mostly lukewarm rather than hot. It did taste good however.

Breakfast was not applicable as my booking was on a room only basis. The room was smaller than I expected however it was suitable for my needs.The location of the hotel was excellent. I initially thought that it was further away from the main area however when I was able to get my bearings I found that it was central. The number 6 local bus stops near the hotel but it is only a five minute walk to Hondae Street. I really enjoyed watching the sunset from my room window. The cleanliness of the room was to high standard The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were left. The majority of staff at the reception area were very helpful. One male member of staff in particular helped me immensely. He recommended a local Vegan Restaurant which had great food and was only a short distance away from the hotel. He also helped me with translation issues. Unfortunately, I cannot remember if he had a name badge on. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe in my room and this was very important to me.

My husband and I stayed in a quiet, pristine suite on the fourteenth floor with an incredible view for two weeks. The Amanti's Hongdae location had the vibrant vibe we wanted with tons of incredible local food options, vintage clothes shops and used record shops nearby. Our suite, which had a spacious bedroom separated form the living area by pocket doors, had everything we needed. We each had our own large closet, which came in extra handy after we really started to enjoy the shopping. The mini-fridge perfectly fit our little grocery run at the beginning of our trip. Plus, we appreciated the luxurious bathroom with rain shower large bathtub and smart toilet after our hiking escapades to Bukhansan and the Bucheon azalea garden at Wonmisan. The toiletries (e.g., shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) felt and smelled so nice too! The smart TV let us easily log into our streaming services, and we could just log out with one click at the end of our stay. We also appreciated how quickly housekeeping arrived when we changed our "do not disturb" light to the "service needed" light, which are conveniently near both near the entrance and the bed. The front desk's hospitality was exceptional too. We asked the front desk for extra pillows, hangers, a fan and a power converter and we they fulfilled our requests the fastest I've ever seen. The front desk also helped us find the express bus to Incheon Intl Airport, which was only a few blocks away. I would highly recommend Amanti to anyone who loves a chill, local college vibe with hundreds of cafes and wants to avoid the daily crush of tourist crowds of Myeong-dong. The Hongik Uni Station was a few blocks away, so we could hop on Line 2 (green line) and visit everywhere we wanted to go anyway. Hongdae did come alive at night with so many bars and restaurants in the area, but at least the calm set in again during the day.

The bed was a little too firm from for us and could use a mattress pillow top cover accessory. The bathroom pocket doors made a few loud clicks if either of us had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, so we had to take care to slowly slide them closed to not interrupt each other's sleep.

Location: Ard 10 min walk away from Honggik station exit 1. Opposite of hotel is Paris Baguette for breakfast/snacks. There are 2 convenient stores (GS25 and 7-11) within 5 min walk radius. Safety: Was traveling alone hence safety was utmost priority. The neighbourhood is quiet at night but safe for individuals to return to the hotel at night. Guests staying in the same floor were quiet (most are travellers too). Facilities: Hotel room is very clean. Mattress and bedsheets are clean and free of bedbugs (given recent situations). Showering facilities were well maintained with hot water and bathtub. Toiletries were provided (e.g. dental kit, body wash, shampoo, hairdryer etc.). 2 bottles of mineral water are provided after room cleaning. If insufficient, one can approach the reception to ask for more. Others provided include a kettle and a small fridge. Overall: Very pleasant and safe stay. Highly recommend!

The location is very good, close to public transport, and an area with shops and restaurants. The staff was super helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, internet connection was quite good. Very good experience.

They have a lovely restaurant in the hotel that unfortunately wasn't open for lunch, only breakfast. It did open for lunch in the past and the food was really good, so I would have loved it if it had served lunch this time around.

Amanti Hotel was the perfect hotel for my friends and I. We were four young women travelling in korea and the hotel is very safe. We never felt uncomfortable or afraid staying there. We stayed on the 13th floor and the view was amazing. The hotel was very quiet and since it is about a 5 minute walk away from the Hongdae shopping street, it was quiet (apart from the few cars honking which we could still hear from the 13th floor). The room was well insulated and extremely spacious, which made it so easy and comfortable for my friends and I to store our luggage and get ready each day. The hotel lobby is beautiful and for the most part, the reception staff were very nice. Our room was cleaned and replenished each day and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The price definitely reflects the standards at the hotel, and we did not regret paying what we did. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and my friends and I will definitely be back to the Amanti Hotel.

There was one young woman at the reception desk who did not seem to be all too happy to be serving us. We checked out of the hotel, left our luggage there and came back to pick it up. When the woman gave us our luggage, she was very displeased and did not smile at us - she seemed more annoyed at how may suitcases we had. She did call a taxi to the airport for us, but again, it wasn't a pleasant way to leave the hotel. However, all the other staff we interacted with were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I did not catch that woman's name but hopefully the hotel is able to look into this.
