The hotel is modern, quiet, and nice, and the staff is helpful. There are a variety of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It is an easy walk to the subway station, and not much further to Hangang Park (the miles-long park along the Han River). There are a smattering of high-end clothing stores, automobile dealerships and plastic surgery clinics in the neighborhood so you get a feel for what Gangnam is about.

The rooms are small, but this is the norm in Seoul. Overall, the neighborhood is plain, compared to many others in Seoul, and even Gangnam. The airport bus that come past the hotel runs very infrequently. There are other buses from the airport that come within 0.5 km of the hotel which run much more often.

Location is nice, the airport limousine bus stop is right at the back door, the hotel is surrounded by convenient stores, good restaurants and coffee shops and within walking distance to bus stops that can take you to the nearest subway stations or anywhere, basically. Room is clean and nice. Wifi also good. There is a medical room with coin laundry and ice dispenser.

Some basic amenities like toothbrushes require payment/purchase. On the 3rd day, room keycards stopped working. Had to go up to the room and down to the lobby twice for it to properly reset.

Good location for what I needed, and many useful shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also easy to get a taxi whenever I needed. Nice room with everything you need, including two complimentary bottles of water every day. Good bathroom and comfortable bed.

Sometimes a bit noisy from the road at night.

Location and the staff were very good for the purpose intended. It's advisable that a restaurant in the building with perhaps a breakfast included will be great for the guests as well as the livelihoods for the hotel.

Location is good but a new carpet throughout the hotel is in order.

The room is quite spacious and clean.

It seems the room is not that soundproof since I can still hear people talking from outside/next door.

I liked how the building was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed.

I don't like how there was some dust in our room and they didn't have various tub options available. They only had the standard household style bathtub available.

It’s a bit far from the central

My stay here was excellent! I was so grateful that the staff was so accommodating to some of my odder requests, because I was recovering on my own from a surgical procedure. But they came to open my door when I needed help with that, and were very kind about it each time.

The sink faucet was placed really oddly far away from the bowl, making it difficult to wash my hands. I would hit my hands on the edge of the sink bowl trying to get water and soap off.

It had everything you need for a short stay

the bath wasn’t that clean, and the mattress was really hard (personal opinion)
