The location is beautiful. It is a bus ride out of town though, but there are beaches and bars within walking distance. The busses don’t take credit cards so have some cash to hand. The drivers will only change a €5 note, so beware. That said the bus costs €1.30 wherever you go and the hotel will call you a taxi. The nature reserve is beautiful, wild and fascinating. There is are a number of interesting historical monuments there dating back to the civil war and you walk have a beautiful walk to both the tower of Hercules and the aquarium which are both worth a visit. There is a tiny beach just out the back of the hotel and we went cold water swimming every morning to start the day and I’ve never felt better than I did those few days in La Coruña.

The location is a bit dead, restaurants around there can be a bit hit and miss, but that said it is quite and the views in the morning are worth this slight inconvenience. The hotel breakfast feels expensive for what you get and the drinks were not cheap either, but the hotel staff did everything they could to accommodate us.

Breakfast was good

The restaurant was poor. We were the only people there for dinner and weren’t long about discovering why that was the case. They had “selection of the day “ on menu and when we asks what it was they said they didn’t have any.What was on offer was very expensive. We choose two different choices and they were ok. The water and the wine was also much more expensive than all the other hotels that we have stayed in over the past two weeks. Hotel is in middle of residential area with no other restaurants nearby. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone

Nice view to the ocean, quiet area

Location a little bit far from the restaurants, good restaurants of the city

The hotel is situated right on the coast, with stunning views of the Atlantic.We were fortunate to have a wonderful room with a lounge area and bedroom with panoramic views of the ocean.The hotel staff, from arrival to the bar and restaurant could not have been more helpful. We can not wait to return and would like to personally say" Thank You Eurostars"

Nothing not to like in this Hotel

Huge quiet room, stunning sea views, big firm bed, brilliant night's sleep good size bathroom with great shower Coastal re-wilded park by the hotel is beautiful to wander/ exercise in Note it's a fair walk into town, but not an issue for us - €5 cab fare back after dinner Decent breakfast buffet in a pleasant dining area

The self serve coffee machines at breakfast produced some of the weakest coffee I have ever had- add extra shots and you'll be fine Lobby isn't up to much and seems a bit tired, but be reassured the rooms with a sea view are fine and great value

This is modern hotel, a bit far away from the city centre, but this location has at least two advantages: no hassle with finding place to park the car and proximity of nice coastal rock scenery, with expansive recreational grounds for morning/evening walks. Torre de Hercules is in the walking distance (15 minutes). Reception was friendly and efficient, the room was good and internet was working well. Bus stop to get to the city centre is nearly at the hotel doors.

This is not about the hotel, but the surroundings. There are several large, uninspiring apartment blocks around, but with no services except the pharmacy. The nearest places to have a meal (breakfast or dinner) are more than 10 minutes walk, so please bear this in mind.

Nice comfortable hotel right on the headland overlooking the sea. Check in process was efficient and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Restaurant hours were a bit limited, if I remember right it was closed at weekends. It is a bit of a walk into town but worth it. La Coruna is an ugly uninspiring place at first sight but hidden un amongst those ugly soviet style tower blocks is are traditional little Galician streets lined with interesting bars restaurants and shops.

A fabulous stay at a ver scenic and beautiful place. The staff were friendly and respectful. The walk to the horn , Hércules tower and sunset point was so lovely. There are 2 private beaches to swim in within 100 m. I highly recommend this hotel. Susan from Melbourne

Great location for walking , in between The Hercoles Lighthouse Tower and City Center . I recommender doing both walks . We had a great time but you need to like walking , amazing sea views and promanade

No coffee machine in room , TV small , No after shower gown. The truth we didn't ask for any.

The location, service, rooms, food and views are incredible! All the personnel was beyond attentive and warm! A must to stay!!!

We would like to have a coffee maker, water kettle and previous advice about the 31st, we basically had to go without any dinner on New Year's Eve.
