Staff were great. Very helpful and kind. Entertainment team have a great programme of activities to suit all tastes and went out of their way to make everyone feel included and valued. Food is very good. I liked that soft drinks and local wine/beer were self service, as this massively cut queuing times.

Sun safety a bit of an issue - too few parasols for the number of loungers. If you didn’t secure one by 7:55am, there was no shade round the pool all day, so I ended up having to buy long sleeve rash tops for myself and the kids. More parasols round the pool would be great! Reserving of sun loungers also an issue - as I said these were reserved by 7:55 every morning so you either had to join in the madness (some people were running!) or risk not getting a parasol. Beds usually available until about 9am. On our first day we arrived at lunch time and there was literally no sun loungers available on the whole site. Some days you were left a note saying they would removed towels but they never did, so people keep doing it. I suppose it’s a hard cycle to break.

Absolutely delicious food with good variation!!! Very clean rooms, hotel, gardens etc Access to both Bahia Tenerife and Bahia Adeje hotels! Great variety of entertainment Close to outdoor activities (jetski, dolphin/whale watch, parasailing, canyoning, etc) and only 50 minutes from Teide (bus stop nearby). Nice cliffside views of ocean

Considering I could not change the booking via booking.com who I will never use again for booking accommodation, the hotel were very accommodating to us and was impeccably clean. The food was good, even though we were there a week it got quite monotonous. So 2 weeks for me would be a killer all inclusive.

The food was same old same old, just with mayonnaise and pasta. Some loud chavvy people there considering it’s a 4-5 star hotel.

For me the matras of the bed was to hard. Got problems with my back and couldnt sleep properly. There was not much to do outside the hotel. If you want to walk on a boulevard you need to take a bus, the free bus the hotel offers, taxi or rent a car.

it’s a huge complex and our room happened to be about as far away as physically possible. I suspect this was due to Booking.com purchasing the cheapest rooms. But we did have an excellent view as a result.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent kids club and mini disco, our daughter simply adored going there. The pools and activities for kids and adults were great. The food was better than expected.

The WiFi simply didn't work. At all.

Huge territory with access to a rocky beach and a pathway along the coast, nice facilities, great kids club and entertainment (kudos to Noa, Chris and Cesar 😇) Food was various and fresh. Breakfasts were a bit boring but it’s ok since later during the day you can choose from a great veriaty of meals. Ala carte dinner in Portofino was fantastic too! Access to still water in the lobbies is very much appreciated.

There was chlorine or some desinfectant in juice that was served from the automatic machines during one dinner. Our kid tasted it and realized it was of a bad taste but she made a sip or two before she realized it. I asked a waitress what is wrong with it she didn’t even said she was sorry. I called for a senior staff member Orlando and he neither said he was sorry just went for another glass of juice (which still had a smell of chemicals). It was an unpleasant situation. Anothe situation was about the wine offer for the ala carte dinner - the price listed in the menu resulted to be higher by 10%. It was listed as a special offer for advance booking so I remembered it and it wasn’t a pleasant experience

Staff were so friendly and helpful, loved the help yourself during the day at the pool bar for food/ drinks. Room was great size and very clean. Was a range of activities - we enjoyed bingo by the pool, mini golf and the broadway show. Always a huge selection of foods at each meal and plenty of options for veggies too. Key for the room hotel on your wristband was great as you didn't need to always carry around a separate key with you.

Booking for the one a la carte meal you get during your stay could have been clearer - we ended up not being able to go as didn't realise you needed 24hrs in advance to book. We couldn't find on the hotel app (contains all activities and food bookings) all the entertainment in the sister hotel across the road (which you can freely walk between with your wristband), so needed to head over there to find out what was going on.
