We had a great stay here. The apartments are lovely and spacious, with comfy beds and settee. The balcony faced the sun all day which was great, and we got a through flow of air by opening up the bedroom patio door too (temps just nice in March so didn't need AC). The pool is huge, we swam most days. The cleaning service was amazing, nearly every day. Situation is great, with 10 minute walk downhill to restaurants, supermarkets and playa abaje (go right at bottom of street). Turn left for playa paraisio, longer walk and steeper hill. We didnt hire a car as we enjoy walking. Beautiful headland walk joins up playa abaje and playa paraisio so nice to do circular walk. The 373 bus stop at top of street leads to main road (10 minute uphill walk) and goes to Los Gigantes. The 371 at bottom of street goes to Los Christianos. Can see the green bus go by from balcony at front.

The only negative is that the TV is tiny and we could only get 1 English speaking news channel. The wi fi is a bit slow so unable to get our amazon stick working.

Great apartment - spacious, clean (very well serviced), comfortable, quiet, great views. Good shower and wifi. The manager Victor is charming and helpful. We were delighted to find that we had several of the main UK TV channels available to us via the television. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in the village (several really good restaurants- we eat well …) or to the Rosa small shopping centre.

Whilst the walk down into the village was easy there was a slight incline on the return journey but with lots of benches on the way to take a short break during the journey.

We needed a quiet place after several family bereavements. This place was perfect. The reviews were accurate. Small and friendly, with only 15 apartments it provides a quiet location to relax. Rooms are big and all terraces get the sun at some point during the day. Cooking facilities are basic but it's enough for you to manage and shops and restaurants are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill. The management are friendly but you need to be aware there is not 24hour reception. You are left keys in an envelope on arrival. This was not a problem for us and the owner is usually around between 6-8 pm in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back.We never needed to speak to him other than to say thank you for a lovely stay. Says it all really.

Hob has no numbers so you're not sure how hot it is . And the hill is a little bit of a battle on your way home but that can't be helped.

This apartment has everything you may need for your stay. It has no frills but it is extremely clean, quiet, and I felt very safe staying alone there as a woman in her young 30s.

I do think the quality of the towels could have been a bit better. I wished for a thicker towel. I also wished there had been hand soap in the bathroom for me to use. I did not have time to run out to buy new hand soap at the store for my stay.

This is a spacious, very comfortable apartment, with living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, with both the first and last having balconies. There is also a swimming pool and table tennis space. Two supermarkets and the wonderful Nebula restaurant are in a 10 minutes walking distance. Everything in the apartments is super-clean. You will not miss anything important. I was welcomed by a manager and given advice. On Christmas Eve I received a complementary bottle of red wine, much appreciated.

The only minor, but important, improvement would be to have a dispenser of shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms. Also, after my arrival, I never saw anybody at reception, which was a little strange, though I did not need such access.

Very nice apartment in a quiet area. The place is spotless, incredibly clean. The apartments have a small terrace and access to a very nice swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with the basics so sinple meals can be cooked without a problem. We felt at home there and can absolutely recommend the place.

The apartment can get quite warm with the afternoon sun hitting the window towards the terrace. We closed the curtains during the day and let some fresh air in before sleeping. By that we could have a perfect temperature for sleeping.

To put our comments into context I should explain that this is the first overseas holiday in over 30 years that we haven't stayed in private accommodation, so we wondered how we would get on with less space, more people and a shared pool. But we needn't have worried - it's been great!  This is a little gem of a place and we felt very comfortable here. As others have said, the owner Victor is friendly, helpful and approachable.  The whole establishment is kept spotlessly clean.  It is in pristine condition. This is a quiet, peaceful place that you can relax in.  Although there are 15 apartments, the pool area is not at all overcrowded. The pool itself is a good size and is a pleasant temperature. Our 1 bedroom apartment felt spacious with a good sized kitchen/diner/living area.  The cooking facilities are perfectly adequate. An oven would have been nice but we managed fine without one. There is satellite TV but with only a few UK channels, so if you want access to a broader range of content you might consider bringing a Chromecast type of device to allow you to view material from your phone or tablet on the TV. The bedroom is a good size with enough clothes storage space for 2 people.  There is also a good sized safe in the bedroom.  For  several days during our stay it was 30 degrees outside,  yet the combination of front and rear balconies in our 1st floor apartment allows air to flow through and keeps the bedroom at a reasonable temperature during the night. The apartment was regularly cleaned and rubbish removed (most days I think). There is also underground parking available. We will definitely come back here and are considering spending a couple of months next winter. We have no hesitation in recommending Callao Mar.

An oven would have been useful, but we managed ok without one.

The area was quiet which was what we were looking for, but we could still walk to the shops and restaurants within 10 mins. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and turn right and another one about 7 mins walk towards village. We had a problem with the TV but Vincent sorted it in 15 mins and also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe have some condiments in the kitchen.

We have stayed here several times, it is always spottless clean. Quiet location, bakery and supermarket in walking distance. Easy parking. A good location if you have a car and wold like to go hiking, just a few minutes and you are on the autopista.

We received a warm welcome from Victor, thank you. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. We stayed for 3 nights and, our apartment was cleaned on day 2 which we hadn't expected. We will definitely return

The apartment is so long we lost our wifi signal in the bedroom!
