We had a fabulous time at this beautiful resort in Tenerife. I can absolutely recommend this for families with little ones. My pregnant wife and 18 month old daughter really enjoyed our time there. The extremely friendly staff like Almudena at breakfast or Carolina who would give our daughter a balloon when we passed by were phenomenal. That was true for everyone we interacted with. We also took the opportunity to leave our little one with the hotel's babysitting team and they took great care. A big thank you to Sire, Joaqui, Daura, Ainara and Patri. The rooms are nice, the food good, restaurants in the hotel offer a good selection of cuisines and there's a wonderful playground for little ones too. The Spa has plenty to offer and there's a gym too. I recommend walking or running along the ocean too which is so close to the hotel. As a whole family we had so much fund and will definitely visit again. -- Some useful info for visitors: - Hotel offers cots. - Every restaurant has high chairs - Food selection is good across the hotel, the Beach Club has a bit more healthy options too for lunch. - You can have a doctor visit your room within 2h should little one get ill - It gets busy during rush hour and wait time for food can be a bit longer, if you have hangry toddlers get there on time - There are car rentals right opposite the hotel in case you want a car during your stay but not from the airport - Reception can book you a taxi, it's super reliable and costs about 30-40 EUR to get to the airport. Official taxis are fine, it's regulated and you won't get ripped off. -- A big thank you to the entire team at the Hard Rock Hotel!

The rooms are truly amazing and the staff really does make you feel at “home”. I am a sucker for good customer service and theirs blew me away.

My only criticism would be the nightly shows, I personally would invest some time and money to make the nightly shows / concerts a little more extravagant… it is the hard rock after all!

Fantastic hotel, great facilities, and some fantastic staff. Rooms were well kept, great selection of bars and restaurants, with great live music in the evenings. The Italian restaurant was fantastic, with some of the best food I’ve eaten!

Firstly, all inclusive isn’t really ALL inclusive, you have set drinks, and food dishes (in the restaurant, the Buffett is all included) with the other drinks and dishes being supplemented. Secondly, We upgraded our room upon arrival, without seeing our previous room. Paid an extra £60 per night, and the room was fantastic, and the view was beautiful. My only gripe was we had 2 single beds pushed together, instead of the double which we requested. Also, I know there’s no obligation to do anything, but it was a trip for my 40th birthday, and didn’t get so much as a balloon, let alone any sort of free upgrade to commemorate it. The hotel cost around £3,000 for the room all inclusive for the week, would have thought they would do something, no matter how small…But hey ho!

Fantastic facilities, impeccable room, the ocean view is beyond words. The service and staff on Royalty levels is outstanding. Arantxa, Dana and Jon went above and beyond to give us a memorable holiday. All restaurants are good but Montauk is exceptional, Ivan, and Vittorio in Capolavoro really know how to make people feel welcome. Breakfast is great but service can be chaotic, easy fix with a bit more staff and space. Nice promenades in two directions, very photogenic, not loopable. The Beach Club has the best pool, and is the least crowded. The aqua gym sessions are a lot of fun. Small but nice shopping center close by (Rosa) with a surprisingly good restaurant at the top where you can sit and enjoy the view. The club on floor 16 has a fantastic view but pretty much the same music every night. Would love to see it open during the day to take in the scenery and the breeze with a book and a coffee (the Constant Grind has great coffee but no view). The place has a joyful and exciting feel about it and there’s always something to do or something to look at.

Minor issues and personal preferences mainly. The entertainment in the reception area can be overwhelmingly loud and was repetitive during our stay. The sofa is really uncomfortable, and the bathroom tiles are very slippery despite the considerations to accessibility around other areas. The area around the hotel is ok but filled with kitschy knick knack shops and lacking in local flavor. There are many great local artizanate products or entertainment that could be showcased and would still fit with the HRH vibe. Recycling should be encouraged more.

the swimming pools were outstanding. The music and vibes that surrounded the pool made the experience unforgettable. The steak restaurant was exceptional and the service too.

Not much to do in this location. There is a small stretch of restaurants on the same street as hard rock but not many. Beach very small. Would have preferred to stay in Fanabe or Los Christianos for more variety and bustle. we travelled to these places via taxi and it cost around 15-20 euro per trip.

Great staff, nice hotel! With a nice funky room! The food in the restaurants was also really good. Although the all inclusive was confusing, there was plenty of good food to eat and drink!

The all inclusive was a bit strange, for example at one restaurant, fish and chips was included, at another it wasn't. Local spirits where not usually included but some imported where. Just seemed very penny pinching after paying a premium. You also couldn't just order at the bar, you had to sit down and wait for someone to come over, then bring the drinks over which turned a quick coffee into a 20 min task

Pool areas, especially the one with the small beach section and the rooftop bar and restaurants

Quite expensive for cocktails at the hotel, should have guessed really as the hard rock is a chain. The DJS were so good at the rooftop bar, I just wished they had been there a bit later in the evening at like 9pm - midnight, as they seemed to finish at like 9.30pm and then it was very chill music in the background, but we wanted the party to continue.

Amazing stay in Hard Rock from start to finish just exceptional. The facilities are fantastic throughout the hotel, exceptionally clean and tended to and the smell throughout is just fabulous. The staff are what make the place, all the bar, pool and restaurant, reception, cleaning staff are wonderfully polite providing great service with no emphasis on rushing or making you feel they are busy which no doubt they are. The hotel seems very well staffed so things run very well. We had a gold deluxe room and it was perfect, we left in the morning and returned to get ready for dinner and then sleep so it was the perfect size and function for us! Always exceptionally clean the accommodations staff were excellent. The beach club is exceptional for lunch, food service takes slightly longer than at the splash pool but it’s far busier and we were never in any rush. We ate in all the restaurants in the evenings only choosing the dinner buffet once as the restaurants are so lovely. Great variety with continued excellent service in all locations. We ate in Montauk twice having told ourselves we would only go once as a treat… it was so good we had to return! Definitely worth booking for at least one night, also we didn’t realise with the All inclusive you still get a discount there so that was a nice surprise! The app for booking is really convenient and all menus etc are on there so you can be well organised to what’s included on your package etc. My booking capability via the app stopped working halfway through the week which was a small bit annoying but you can go to the main reception to book meals also. Breakfast buffet is great, huge variety with something to suit everyone. Well organised for seating etc given it’s such a busy time. Can’t fault it at all. Live music every night in the lobby was great and so enjoyable with different acts every evening.

Hard to get a drink in the main lobby bar every evening and I don’t know if that’s potentially purposeful on the hotels behalf particularly to limit those who are on all inclusive access …but it was by far the area with the least amount of staff for the busiest area -after breakfast- and it was table service only. Could be a bit frustrating and staff in this area were slightly less friendly and approachable than others, that could be attributable to them having less staff for the level of work…??

property was clean, spacious & modern. it had a great vibe despite families being there! we had Rock Royalty level & it was worth it! separate check in, dedicated WhatsApp group to request things /bookings. Food was good although we didn’t try the other main restaurants. plenty of Sun loungers & pool choice. huge shout out to Antonio & Victor, as well as Talida - great credit to the hotel. Also the kids club - amazing!

they were short staffed around the pool & we had some issues with turndown service, but I think that’s the industry in general post -Covid. The team were working hard & I’ve no doubt with a little more consistency, the kinks will sort itself out.
