This hotel is just otherworldy amazing. Unreal views, beautiful surroundings. Open architecture blending outdoor with indoor seamlessly, boasting rich greenery. Super friendly and helpful staff. Tidy room, cleaned daily. Room is big and ellegant, with a generous terrace, big shower, big king bed. Wonderful breakfast buffet with huge selection of tasty meals, hot and cold. Cheap parking in indoor garage. Large skybar with decent tasteful sitting areas, beautifully made. Romantic white footpath leading directly to natural pools next to the ocean. Agaete is a charming village, seems to be stuck in time, almost untouched by tourism. It was such a treat to just walk around, very relaxing. We were just blown away by this hotel, and will be definitely coming back, once returning to Gran Canaria.

It was all very nice, the location is good, the views are very nice and the natural seapools at low tide simply amazing! Food was very good!

Be aware that you have to book the spa area in advance, for us unfortunately it did not work out in the end to go there. But from what we heard it must be really good!

This hotel really exceeded all our expectations! As a couple, we enjoy disconnecting when we travel and this place is perfect for that. We enjoyed the spa with couples massage with a very ideal price. The breakfast was super, left us excited to wake up every morning knowing we would not get disappointed by the various fresh food choices available (especially with a boyfriend who is a very picky eater). The area was incredible, secluded with little tourism and mainly local spaniards coming to their summerhouses, which we liked. The room was spacious, with incredible sea view, clean and every morning during breakfast they will clean your room, which we appreciated. The pool was massive, overlooking the sea. Lovely sun beds and pool bar. We highly recommend and already looking forward to returning. Also we really appreciated receiving complimentary champagne and dessert, and the loveliness of the staff always greeting us with a smile and helpful attitude! Thanks guys! :-)

Beautiful quiet setting with amazing views/sunsets. A huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and jacuzzi were very welcoming and surprisingly empty. It was really lovely to make a pot of tea for breakfast and tea and coffee facilities in our room.

The food choice was rather disappointing at times. During breakfast the croissants had a sugar glaze so a savoury choice was not possible. Four out of six breakfasts there were no tomatoes which was very disappointing. Nevertheless there were other choices just not what I preferred.

I loved the outside sea and mountain view. The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very spacious and the interior of the hotel is very well put together and designed very nicely. The breakfast was amazing, loads of options to choose from and a chef to prepare your eggs just as one pleasured. Loved the natural pool that's like less than 10 minutes walk. Secluded area and very quiet. The Rock top bar looks amazing and the beautiful gazebo to relax and take a drink too. Beautiful top view. Very very beautiful hotel. No regrets staying here at all.

The water from the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were very cold. My friends and I did not get to swim but it was not an issue for us. I would have loved it if the indoor pool and jacuzzi were free of charge.

This is an extraordinarily nice place to spend a week, and we can't wait to return. Very close to the wild waters of the coast (and the amazing natural rock pools), as well as to the valley of Agaete and the restaurants of El Puerto de las Nieves. Invariably friendly and courteous service, warm and civilized atmosphere. Comfortable outdoor pool space, and the rooms with the sea view have unforgettable vistas.

Nothing could have been better, honestly. It was pretty astonishing.

Having a spa in the hotel was nice and also the roof terrace bar, although both saunas were not hot enough. Breakfast had a great selection. Staff was lovely. Great to have a sea view, rock pools five minutes away and fantastic views and sunsets from a nearby beach. A half an hour walk to a secluded beach and many options for car/hiking trips. The Agaete valley was wonderful.

As others mentioned, the rooms are kind of oddly designed, I didn't like the minimalist style, nowhere to put stuff. The doors had smudges on them, don't understand why they were not cleaned. The room cleaning was perfect, but obviously some maintenance is due.. (walls, interior and exterior, limescale on the shower doors/floor). Nothing major, but not something what one would expect of a hotel of this rating/price.

The hotel has been recently refurbished so everywhere looks clean and inviting. The room was a very good size with a seating area. The air conditioning was effective and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we had 2 peaceful nights. The shower was hot and powerful and towels were replaced each day (Not sure this is a positive as we would normally keep towels for 2 days.) The breakfast and dinner buffets had a range of largely good quality food and the staff were lovely.

The room had a kettle and fridge which were welcome but there were only cardboard cups provided. The lighting in the room was very bright and when all the lights were turned off there was still ambient lighting in the ceiling. The balconies largely face north west so in the winter don't get any sun - in the summer some may get some sun in the evening. The choice of food was quite limited although we easily found something to enjoy - not much choice for vegans. It was very quiet whilst we were there but when the hotel is busy I think it would becone very crowded round the pool area and in the restaurant. The noise of doors shutting would also be intrusive as the corridors echo.

The view is extraordinary. The hotel is situated on top of a cliff overlooking the ocean. You can watch the sunset from the pool or the backyard of the hotel. There’s a paved walkway to the bottom of the cliff. At the bottom of the cliff, you’ll find the famous Salinas, natural pools that collect the ocean water. You can have a swim of sunbathe on the rocky beach. Also, the room is large, clean and very modern. The food is also good. I recommend you get breakfast and dinner with your reservation.

The hotel was very clean. The receptionist, staff, and waiters were really lovely and helpful. Loved my stay there. The thing is the hotel is hidden - sometimes good, especially within gorgeous rocks and beautiful views.. Enjoyed the buffets, rooftop, scenery.. literally everything. I recommend it!

However, the hotel is up north, and if you have activities mainly in the South- transport journey is long.This was a last min change of hotel for me, so can't fault the location. Overall, great!
