The room was perfectly sized, featuring large windows and a balcony that added to its charm. The kitchen was well-organized and fully equipped—even including an espresso machine! The staff were exceptional, with special kudos to Batman for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Although the bathrooms were really clean, the shower water wasn't warm enough, which was especially inconvenient during winter. Additionally, you had to hold the shower button continuously for the water to flow.

The sleeping areas are very comfortable and there is lots of space to put your things. Bathrooms are clean and layout is great because there is space to get dressed after a shower. The terrace is a lovely place to siesta and all main monuments and the beach are easily walking distance.

This hostel is great if you are just looking for a place to sleep - but it is not like other hostels where they organise group activities or have suggestions of what to do during your stay. Not a bad thing, just something that is good to know depending on what type of accommodation you look for.

The hostel is located 20 min away from the central beach, 15 min from the old time, and approx—30 minutes from the central bus station. There is a supermarket 5 min. away. The property has a common area with seating places both on the first and third floor, whereas the internet connection on the first floor is really bad, whereas on the third floor, it is stable! The kitchen is available too. However, no option for cooking food. There are enough bathrooms throughout the whole hostel. The bedrooms are spacious enough, and so are the beds. It is a capsule bed which makes it slightly more isolated from the outside noise. Free towels provided

There is no stove, and no kitchenette, so cooking is not possible in the kitchen; The internet connection on the first flow was a disaster.

It was really a good hostel, great facilities and well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable and quite. Next to each bed, there is a cupboard to store things and a space to put stuff under the cupboard, which was very convenient. Rooftop terrace to relax, room has terrace with clothesline to dry. If I ever come back to Alicante, I will definitely stay at Hostal Numero Trece again, 100%.

There was no cooktop in the kitchen, it seems there were two in the past, and I guess they were removed to maintain cleanness(?), I guess it's normal people will likely to create more mess with the ability to cook on a cooktop. Also, the website says free coffee and tea, but weren't provided....a bit disappointing. I understand not every hostel provides these, but if that's the case, you could just update the website, and no need to create false expectations.

- The best was the bed. I slept in a shared room with a private bathroom. The bed has its own private space where you can leave your things and you can have your privacy. - They send you a code and you can access to the entrance, to your bedroom.

- The kitchen is very small. - The staff is only from 15 to 21 hs. After that, you don't have anyone to ask questions. - The check-in is at 15 but you can leave your things in a locker. But you have to spend 1 euro because it's a locker that the hostel can't handle. So, if you have problems with the locker is your problem and not the hostel. In my case I tried to use a locker and it didn't work and I lost one euro. It's not the money, it's the actitude.

This is a great hostel to stay in. Check in was made really simple by the staff sending you all instructions and door codes via whatsapp, meaning you could check in at any time. Facilities are great. It has a fully stocked kitchen, free umbrellas, good hairdryer’s, towels, lockers etc. Everything was kept clean and tidy. The bed cubicles were spacious and included a cabinet to store items in. The doors with keypads worked well and felt secure. It wasn’t noisy at all during my stay. I really enjoyed my stay here and would book again if coming back to Alicante.

The only real negative was that the temperature of the water in the showers cannot be changed and it was on the cold side! Just for info, it is about a 20-25 min walk to main promenade and beach area or about a 10-15 min walk to the centre of shopping, bars and restaurants. But there are closer options also.

I loved everything about this property! It was cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The kitchen area was well-equipped and convenient, perfect for preparing meals. The beds were not only comfortable but also very practical, offering plenty of space and thoughtful design. Everything was very clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!!! :)

It was clean and cleaned daily. The bunks provide you with your own large space, socket, mirror, and cupboard, and privacy with a curtain. The dorm room (8 bed female dorm) had a balcony and seated area. There were hairdryers in the bathrooms. There was a kitchen and also a roof terrace area with plenty of seats, the hostel is functional and quiet. It is not far from the Market, and about a 20 minute walk from the beach. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by.

There wasn’t a kettle in the kitchen or hot water in the vending machine, to get hot water you needed to boil a pan of water! It would have been good if there was a kettle, hot water tap, or hot water in the vending machine. The only time I saw any staff was at check-in. You need to go to the tourist information (on the seafront) to find out info (that you can’t find online) about Alicante and transport.

The place is neat, clean, quiet and modern. Definitely the best spot to enjoy a relaxing vacation or working remotely. The kitchen is well furnished, the toilets big and clean. There are many cute, cosy alcoves where you could lay down. Guests are friendly and the hostel offers a few common spaces where you can chill and connect with the others. The wifi works perfectly everywhere. Totally recommend!!

Really nice quiet stay at this hostel! Good location not too far out the center. Enough space in the lockers and even more in the individual pods! Kitchen is clean and easy to use. Do note that there is no stove or oven, only microwave. If you want to cook your own food, it will be difficult as there are no pots or pans.
