Very clean and excellent location. Great Staff

For the price, the basic facilities could have been added. Ofcourse the facilities were mentioned beforehand, it could have been nice to have a kettle to heat water and also, easy access to free drinking water could have been nice

Very good location and easy to central market and old town and the beach by walking distance. Many good cafes and restaurant in the district as well. Shower is with good temperature and water pressure.

The wifi of the room on the 7th floor may sometimes weak signal or disconnect occasionally. It is not fully noise-proofed but good enough and you may hear the noise from the corridor or next room. But with this location and price it is already pretty good quality.

Location was excellent for exploring the city plus for bus to the airport. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Supplied us with a kettle and we were also able to leave our bags for the day as our flight was 18.15.

We struggled with the air conditioning. The room was hot - about 23 degrees. Whatever we did with the controls we could not reduce the temperature. Luckily we could open the window

Central location. High standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Friendly staff always happy to offer advice and help with planning. Very close to the stop for the airport bus and only two minutes walk from Luceros tram station, the departure point for trams to San Juan beach and Benidorm. Good size safe deposit box suitable for 15" laptops.

The single room is too small, the space was really tight.

Excellent location especially for the old town castle train station and tram. Very quick and efficient check in and information from Raul. Lovely breakfast served but the very helpful and pleasant Maria Jose .

We had problems with the toilet not fixed properly to the wall and our shower head wouldn’t stay up in place. We told Raul next morning who offered to move us which was excellent but with only one more night we decided to stay in the same room.

The staff was polite and helpful, and that is very important to us. Although the hotel is located in the centre, there is no noise coming from outside (we could therefore enjoy sleeping without destructions). The room has plenty of space and the facilities are quite new. We definitely recommend La City Mercado for your stay in Alicante.

Very convenient location close to the city center, the airport bus and the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Different types of breakfast and prices to choose from.

All in all I liked the place quite a lot and would stay again. The only thing I didn't fancy that much was that I found the pillows a bit unconfortable: they are too high for me.

I've stopped in this small city-centre hotel twice before, both times with a room at the front. This time I had a small single at the back. Clean and comfortable, with good wifi. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The airport bus stops nearby, so this is convenient for that.

Rooms was Clean. All furniture in good condition, even the Silikon Joints in the bathroom. Personal was really nice and helpful, with questions. Even when i changed the Hotel, because i booked again but the wrong size of room, they accepted cancelation without commission, thanks again for that:) The room was fresh, Clean. Really good Strong waterpressure in the shower. Enough space in a Double bed room. The Location was good, 1 Minute from the Mercado, and 5 Minutes by feet to Bars, Restaurant. Shower stuff which was a lot haha

As in Most Hotels the hairdryer, which is hotellike. I prefer Strong ones. The missing View. The breakfast was quite Boring. Coffee from the Maschine, and I missed fresh pressed orangejuice, but they had tasty yoghurt and a already preparated Sandwiches.

Good location on the high street between Mercado and Luceros. The staff is amazing, available 24/7, easy to offer extra favours for no extra cost. The place is spotless, smells nice and well maintained. Our room was spacious and soundproof, had air conditioner, fridge, clean towels & beddings, hair dryer, desk, safe, toiletries, ample wardrobe.
