Very central, within walking distance of very nice restaurants, bars, the beach and the big shopping mall. The room was clean and there were cleaners every day. Super easy check in through WhatsApp. For any questions or to arrange a taxi just send a WhatsApp message and the staff made it happen!Nice hot tub, comfortable bed and nice rain shower.

The balcony doors wouldn’t close properly so you could hear the noise on the street. There was no toilet brush. The blanket was a bit awkward. The blanket didn’t go inside the fitted sheet but it were just 2 sheets with a blanket in the middle instead of just 1 sheet with the blanket fitted inside. Though the mattress was comfortable the bed itself moved a lot ;) These are just little things that would’ve made our stay a 10/10 instead of a 9/10

Easy check on, fantastic location, lovely spacious room and facilities especially the jacuzzi bath.

It was clean, the room was comfortable, but there were a couple of things like, one light bulb by the bed didn't work, and the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, it wasn't a problem for me as I was alone in the room, but if I was traveling with a guy it would have been inconvenient.

The location is very convenient, everything is close by, I never once used transportation, but because everything is close by it was noisy until 1am and was noisy from 8am onwards

The host was really friendly and approachable. The accommodation is in a central location near to the beach, it was also close to many bars and restaurants. The room was finished to a very high standard, clean throughout and the jacuzzi was just the most perfect addition! The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be able to watch Netflix too. I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

There was nothing I didn't like about this room. The only thing I would recommend to people is to make sure that you put the water above the jets in the jacuzzi. However, this is not a negative comment.

Fabulous location, excellent suite overlooking 'mushroom alley'. Very clean and modern. Excellent value for location and breakfast/dining options are on the doorstep

My mistake, but electronic book in is essential. Need to be aware that there is no reception. Lesson learned as I'm sure we will return on future visits to Alicante. It comes up amongst hotel options but is really serviced suites. This is not a complaint, just advice for other bookers.

Location is great. Jacuzzi is also fun. Rooms are big.

Hard to get the doors open the first time, no staff, just phone and an app. Noise rooms, all the doors need oil, as you hear every door opening or closing, room without any seat, just a small sofa. Kitchen without any chair. Neighbour started something noise at midnight, maybe a dryer machine or washing machine, we could not get sleep. Highly priced.

The property was lovely. The room was large, spotlessly clean, and had been decorated beautifully for our anniversary celebration. We had a complimentary bottle of Cava and water, and there was everything there that you could have wished for. It is also in a fab location.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water at all for the hot tub. We had the tap turned in the correct direction (to the right) for hot water, but there was none. This did spoil our stay as we had booked the room specifically for this feature. However, on communicating with the Hotel, they have given us a generous offer to stay some other time in one of their rooms. We were happy with their resolution.

Staff was helpful we could leave our bags at the reception which is situated at another address until our room was ready. The room was well cleaned with fresh bedding both days we stayed. Mini bar well stocked at cheap cost per items .. shampoos soaps etc re stocked when room cleaned .. o we all great stay

Sadly I ordered the romantic package and this didn’t get put in the room but I was re funded with an apology

Very good/convenient location. A short walk to harbour, train station, beach etc. The front rooms overlook plaza Miro, the rear rooms look onto the pedestrian toadstool street, so quiet overnight. It was spacious accommodation. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The spa bath was a pleasantly indulgent treat that is the selling point. Good communication with the hosts, although no face to face contact. The electronic entry worked easily with their instructions but you need WhatsApp and data. The small bottle of cava and bottle of water was a nice touch.

This isn't an apartment where you can self-cater, although it appears so on photos. The kitchen is empty except for a few glasses,plates & cutlery. There is a microwave but nothing to use in it. There is no kettle or mugs to make a drink. The fridge is pre-filled as a mini-bar with a price-list. This is fine if it meets your needs, and expectations. The lift was useful but very small.

The room was very light and big. The bed and the hottub were amazing. The room got cleaned every day and we got fresh towels which was great to come back to after a day in the city. Location couldn't be better. Close to the boulevard, beach, centre, restaurants. We got instructions to self check-in which was easy. 100% recommend.

Shower was OK. It got cleaned up every day but still there were a lot of ants so it's better not to leave your toothbrush in the bathroom.
