Booked 2x superior rooms for one night. Check in staff were great - fast, efficient and great English. Rooms were fine - had a view from one. Beds were firm but fine. Breakfast was excellent - great choice, freshness and well stocked and staff were helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Alicante across from the beach. Quiet at night when we were there. 12pm check out a huge bonus.

Fresh milk and a coffee/pod machine would be nice. Bathrooms were smalll with shower over bath, Funny/unclean smell persisted in the reception area. Pricey. If we were staying more than one night or during the summer we'd probably have chosen the sister hotel nearby that has pools etc. We were made to feel extremely unwelcome in the roof top bar - they weren't particularly busy, but the woman working there was dismissive and rude to the point of being hostile. We left and went elsewhere.

The hotel receptionists were super and we received a warm welcome and were shown how to use the lift,not as easy as I thought. The premium room on 22nd floor has excellent views over the habour and the castle, a lovely sunrise. There was a balcony but it was too chilly to sit out on. The room was very spacious, huge bed, sofa and a TV which could swivel to watch in bed or on the sofa.Bathroom excellent size and towels only changed when you wanted them to, not all hotels follow their own policy on this. Breakfast was varied with cooked and fresh options. The hotel bar was small but had great views and again the staff were friendly and efficient. We ate in the Convistas restaurant for Christmas Day lunch, brilliant food, excellent serving staff. The location is fantastic, close to the old barrion , 5mins from the beach and very close to restaurants , bars and shops. Check out was smooth and reception organised a taxi

The breakfast area was small for the number of guests which meant that at peak times you had to queue to be shown to a table. The staff worked really hard to keep up with clearing the tables but there needed to be more of them. Although there was a good choice of breakfast options, many of the cooked items were only luke warm at best

Great location overlooking the marina. Spacious rooms with all the amenities needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of choice during breakfast.

Bed was too hard. Construction nearby the property. Only 2 lifts which took very long time.

Very good location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Only a 5min walk to airport bus stop, 15 to bus station and 10 to the tram. Great selection at breakfast. Good size bath towel. As I like to read in bed I was very pleased with the standard of bed side lights. Safe and fridge in room always appreciated.

Could hear noise,chat from next room. Quite noisy outside which goes with the location altho only intrusive when window open ( I prefer to sleep with an open window) Despite hanging towels up they were changed more than necessary. I wish hotels would give guests the option as to how often they wish towels/bedding changed.

I asked for a sea view. I was given a spacious corner room with a surrounding balcony. The marina (my favorite spot in Alicante) and a 180-degree vista of the sea and coastline were to the front of the Hotel and a full view of the Castle and city was the side view of the room. Day or night the view was spectacular. The view and the location of the hotel could not have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The sky bar and restaurant were excellent.

It would have been convenient to have a third lift. It got a bit busy at times, especially at breakfast but it was no great problem.

The room was big and well equipped, with a nice comfy bed, we had a wrap around balcony on the 18th floor with an amazing view, there was a fridge and room safe , the bathroom was a little dated but everything worked perfectly, nice soap and shower gel was supplied which was a lovely touch, the room was very clean.The views are amazing. There are ongoing paving works going on very close to the hotel and initially I thought that this was going to be an issue, especially as we are not used to City noise and construction noise all at the same time, but to be honest we were up and out by 9.30 and popped back in now and then throughout the day and we had no problems, we slept well. The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant, the service was exceptional. We used the bar and restaurant most days, the food was really good with lots of choices. The restaurant has probably the best view in Alicante. The location is good and close to everything,

Well we liked everything, but some might find the roadworks an issue but this won't go on forever, if you bring decent ear plugs this will help. The hotel lifts aren't the biggest.

Loved the location and views (higher room above 15 probably for marina view ) Breakfast was good even had diabetic marmalade and sugar free cookies , great views from bar and restaurant on 26th floor , room was ok

Our room was a little cramped particularly bathroom but our friends wasn’t , the lifts sometimes quite a wait only 2 and 26 floors they were fast when you were in them though Disappointed to find the bar and restaurant totally closed for a whole day due to a function wanted to go and eat their

We had a Superior Double room on the 20th floor and the view was absolutely gorgeous with the castle, the sea and the harbour, by far the best view we have ever had in a hotel! The room itself was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you need. The breakfast catered for all tastes and there were no queues on any of the days we were there. The location of the hotel is fantastic, a short walk to the beach, harbour and hotels. We loved exploring the beautiful streets around us. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking to book, pay the extra bit and go for a bigger room with the amazing views, it is totally worth the extra pennies!

Parking is not the most convenient. The public 24 hour car park is about 5 minute walk and is very tight. We only had a small vehicle and you had to be very cautious when trying to park! The good thing is you do get a discount so make sure you ask reception to validate your parking ticket before you leave.

All the staff were super helpful and really friendly. The view from our room on the 25th floor was beautiful, although a little bit noisy with the restaurant being directly above...nothing that earplugs couldn't drown out. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in front of the Marina and only a few meters from the beach, with the shops not too far away either. We opted for Half Board as we were only on a short break and it was only a few £ more, so we felt that even if we only ate there once, then the extra would pay for itself. However, contrary to some reviews, we actually enjoyed our meals in the restaurant and ate there every evening. The view from the restaurant is spectacular! Not the prettiest of hotels on the outside, but the views really make up for it. There is a huge selection for breakfast. We would definitely stay again, but maybe request a room on the 24th floor. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I'm really pushed to find anything I didn't really like. Just take ear plugs for if you're on the 25th floor or situated next to a lift (per other reviews).

The location, the space of the room and how cleaned they are

The restaurant on the top of the building. We need to book in advance and the waitress (the woman) doesn’t have a profissional behaviour to work and deal with the customer. The hotel should put more staff over there because they were understaff and all over the place between 3 people only to do everything: managing the bookings, seating people, get the orders, clean the tables, setting the tables, serving food, doing drinks, serving the drinks…
