Staff, especially Mr Eloi, but also Juan, Guillermo and a young female staff were friendly and helpful, being available 24/7. The room I stayed in was basic, with air con, essential in the Summer in these regions, an adequate bathroom, free wifi, lounge, and lift. The location is excellent as it is placed just off a very nice area of the city with plenty of public transport available. People are friendly and helpful in general and the hospitality offer is outstanding across the city.

There was a strong smell of tobacco on the floor where I stayed, I hope the staff can sort this out in the future. There are more expensive options around the city if you can afford them, but I got what I was promised for the money I paid.

Great location in central Almeria, staff at the desk are very helpful. The room is spacious and has everything you need.

The only problem was it smelt like the people in the room next to us were smoking one of the evenings. The scent was really strong in our room and it was pretty gross. Not the hotel's fault though and it was the only negative part on our stay.

The location is superb, very central and easy to get everywhere by foot or bus. The rooms are very clean. The furniture seems old but in good condition. The room is very small, however, it does fit the bed, a desk and a closet.

There is no soundproofing so you can hear what's going on outside the room. The design seems very old, albeit well preserved.

Location is perfect, close to Puerta de Purchena, restaurants, shops and everything you need. All the staff were helpful and friendly. a special mention to Eloy who gave us a lot of information about life in Almeria, Thanks a lot Eloy! The room was spacious and comfortable. Price is very convenient. I'll definitely be back!

The Staff was super friendly!

In my second night there was an incident a few rooms away from mine where someone screamed at another person for a very long time at around 2am in the middle of the night. I went on for about an hour, with slamming doors, screaming etc. Then the police came and the arguing went on for quite a while longer. It's not the hotel's fault of course, but I was not able to sleep which was bad because I felt really exhausted and sick already.

I’ve stayed here a number of times in the past, staff always friendly and helpful, this stay was only for one night,booked single room and was upgraded to a balcony room for free, if you are planning a trip I can highly recommend this hotel, vending machine is very cheap , quite unlike most hotels! If you’re going for a few nights and budget allows book a balcony room you’ll not regret it ,

The staff were delightful, faultless service and accomodation. Lovely social lounge with television and vending machines.

Nothing, I highly recommend this establishment. They bent over backwards to assist my stay with my two young children while I was in transit to Madrid with bronchitis. They also upgraded my room on arrival, at no request of mine, just simply as they could and felt it would suit us better. Then they were extremely gracious about looking after our luggage on the check out day and even happy to let my kids watch TV in the social lounge and let me organise our suitcases after I had come back to collect them. Five stars, Hotel Sevilla, una maravilla.

The Hotel was amazing I liked every thing about it. You can wait in the lounge are on the first floor that is perfect for a drinks machine 👌 tea coffee soft drinks etc nice comfortable chairs lift etc . Perfect staff all with Light blue 💙 perfect T.shirts happy to call for a taxis to the airport only takes a few minutes.

Stayed here before , still the same service by polite friendly staff, would definitely recommend a balcony room, I’ve barely moved from it , there’s a vending machine for hot drinks 80c . Cans of coke etc €1.10. Across the road decent cafes and bars at reasonable prices with excellent service, 24hr desk, highly recommend a visit to the hotel

good value for money in August. Small but very clean bedroom, clean bathroom, comfy bed, TV- if needed, beautiful terrace - you can start your day admiring the sunrise :) and most importantly a fully working AC ! Location- just perfect- in the centre amongst all amenities, 20 minutes walk from the beach. Staff was friendly.
