The hotel is clean and safe Well maintained The room was comfortable, had everything you need, breakfast was decent too Staff was friendly Supermarket was just around the corner , very convenient

The parking was a bit scary as it’s a lift bringing the car down or up, once the door almost started to close on my car when we tried to leave the lift. Otherwise the parking could have opened with the card but instead you have to call the reception so they can open the parking for you Outside it’s quite loud during the day/night if your room is by the main avenue.

The staff were great. The hotel was clean tidy and had everything I needed. The rooms were very spacious. It was a good central location with buses just outside the hotel so exploring was easy.

The pool is much smaller than the photos portray. Fine for me as I only wanted it to cool down in but can imagine that for people wanting to actually swim it would be a disappointment. Also, there were no drawers to put clothes in which would have been helpful.

The staff on reception and in the bar and restaurant were excellent. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was sorted straightaway. A special mention for Pablo in the bar who never stopped smiling and was super professional and amiable The pool area was lovely and we loved the walk in pool. Food in the bar was good quality and freshly made. Breakfast was good and had everything you could want with hot and cold choices on the buffet

It would be better to maybe have a parasol or two for shade around the pool, particularly in the summer months. Also if you were staying for more than a few days, there is no drawer space only shelves and wardrobe

All was first class. Swimming Pool. Staff great. Other guests were great. Almeria airport is a small airport so it's never too busy. Big room. Air conditioner. Towels, free shower gel. Kettle in the room, hairdryer, small fridge, a free safe deposit box in the room where we kept our English cash, Passports, plane tickets etc... It's a 20 minute walk to the city centre. There was a large supermarket right next door to the hotel which was a real bonus. The streets seemed safe to walk around after dark, Free taxi from airport to the hotel. (even though the flight was delyaed 2 hours the driver was still there) Taxi from hotel back to the airport was around 15 euros.

The hotel is modern overall. Numerous underground parking spaces (inexpensive compared to other hotels) with direct elevator to rooms. Generous breakfast, friendly staff.

The modern design of the hotel gives an impression of emptiness and coldness - particularly in the restaurant and breakfast rooms. The way the elevator works is annoying: you never know if you're going to go the right way when you get on. WiFi was particularly bad in our room - but it's vital if you want to watch something on TV: there's no content except local TV, so it's up to you to cast your content from your mobile... via the WiFI. Is this why it's so unreliable?

The accommodation was lovely and comfortable. The shower and all the toiletries provided were fantastic. Breakfast was yummy with plenty of choice. The biggest adventure was the underground car park and using the lift in the car. Mind you, once you were in, the place was spacious and well lit. The evening dinner was also pretty reasonable, with a range of prices and different options. Food tasted nice 😊

The temperature in the hotel was kept at 25C which was a lot for us. Too warm and no Aircon or fan to cool it down.

It was clean. Really good facility, I like because everything was really clean and the smell was really nice from the first step inside.

I ask for a double bed and I also select it in the application but I get 2 beds. And when I ask for a change, the lady said if I don’t like what they offer to me she guides me to cancel my trip, and I wanted to do it but I didn’t get a fully refund. And cleaning lady sometimes wake me up with talking loudly in the hall even if I had the message by the door.

Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is 2-3km away fromt he city center, it is a good option for people traveling by car that want to visith both Almeria and the surrouding attractions (40min away from Cabo de Gata). Lots of dining options in the surrounding area.

Low attention to details: the shower faucet was leaking and the sink could not drain properly. Once mentioned, it was fixed right away. The elevator take AGES.

Everything modern. Room very smart. Clean and tidy. Reception staff great polite and helpful.

An observation really 2 nights I ate in the bar area Both nights only one person working. With collecting orders . Drinks and serving food. Was busy. Plus answering the phone for room service as well.and sorting that out. Im not going to moan about the service. But it was lack of manpower. Both the female and male were polite and apologetic over delays.

Staff were very accommodating, helpful, and courteous. The bed was fantastic, big and comfortable. Clean and functional bathroom. Great smart TV. Breakfast was good if not included in booking, was good for €10, a good selection of hot and cold buffet. Soundproof room with good air conditioning. Window if you prefer fresh air.

Pool hours were poor. Closed at 9.00pm and only opened at a late 11.00am ..... so much for a morning swim 😞 No free, secure parking but plenty of free street parking close.
