The location. ..handy for a lot of local sights .Reception was straight forward The room was very good..clean and spacious .The breakfast offered a great range . Even tho I didn't tell them I had a gf intolerance there was still plenty to eat . The manager would have got gf bread for me if he had known the day before.. Book breakfast the day before for a discount ...really great value.All in all nice fresh hotel and I'd come again

In the middle of town so some street noise which was only to be expected. Some low level air con noise from the system on balcony outside but not a deal breaker.

Great location, large, comfortable bed, and nice staff. We got a corner room with lovely views, perfect for a short stay. We were offered a parking spot for 13 euros a day, which was a fair price.

The building could have had better sound isolation. We were lucky not to be disturbed too much, but if we had louder neighbors in the next room, we might have struggled to get proper rest. It’s a pity there was no balcony, as the views from the windows were great.

It's a good hotel with professional helpful staff. It's very well located in the midst of all the restaurants bars and shops. Very good breakfast for €8 if you pay the day before.

Noise. The hotel and my room 101 overlooked a noisy street and a terrace bar. From shortly after 6 am until 7.15 there was a delivery/collection of over 30 beer kegs and other stuff to the bar. Unbelievable noise. Lie-in cancelled. The shutter in the glass door facing the bed could not be pulled down and since there was no black out curtain the light was uncomfortable from dawn.

Good location in a nice area of the old town. Spacious room with balcony with a street view. Bar fridge small but very good to have. Very good A/C. Comfortable beds. Receptionist Jose was very helpful with initial room problem (maintenance next room), articulate, with tips for visits in his town and surrounds.

There was no kettle in the room, we would have loved that.

Breakfast was good but bacon could be crispier! Not a huge choice of cooked but plenty of cold sliced meats. Very nice and easy fresh orange juicer machine. Rooms very clean , comfy bed, pillows quite deep my son found them twice as thick as he required but they were perfect for me.

The lay out in our bathroom. the bidet was opposite to but so close to the toilet that it touched one knee and so you could not sit comfortably on the toilet. We were a little confused as we did not realise the checkin reception was in the other hotel, as is the breakfast room, so perhaps a note to advise of that would be helpful on booking. But the main hotel is only meters away so it is not a big issue.

Torreluz has several hotels located ideally to get to know Almeria on foot, which is well worth doing. Our room in Centro was very good, great bathroom, comfortable beds good lighting and a fridge, which must be a great bonus in the warmer months. Breakfast was very good and included a now rare orange juicing machine! We were here in winter and our room was warm. Locations is also excellent for bars, restaurants and shopping. Also ask locals where to try an 'Americano' drink.

Everything was good and Almeria is underrated - spend some time here!

Finding the hotel was difficult even when parked outside and the satnav telling you that you had arrived at your destination. When booking it would be helpful if guests were told that check-in was in the adjacent Torreluz Hotel as the Centro is impossible to see even from right outside.

The room was 4* and the 3* hotel (if you can call it that) is attached to the 4* next door. That is where you go for breakfast. The hotel itself only has a check in/out desk. The 4* hotel provides the facilities.

Could not fault the experience

The location is great. The room is small but superclean and airconditioned. Thank you very much, cleaning ladies, it was sparkling clean❤️

The hotel is part of the hotel chain, and as there was no one at the reception at Torreluz Centro, I had to go and check-in at the Torreluz Nuevo practically next door. Please, let people know they have to check-in at another hotel!

Perfect location in the very center, helpful staff, comfortable beds and pillows, toiletries in the bathroom. They also have a nice secure parking garage one block away from the hotel itself, where the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The towels in the bathroom were a bit worn-out. If your room is on the 1st floor, the access is via an elevator/lift only, I'd prefer to use stairs. Other floors, I believe, have both ways..
