Indoor pool facility was good, very quiet. Good location, right next to a supermarket. Looks like the pictures. Staff were good, most understood and communicated English very well. Bedroom & Bathroom were large with a good sized balcony. Mostly a very pleasant stay.
Bed was uncomfortable, lack of pillows. Fridge took ages to become cold, the wire was attached to another, looked unsafe. Indoor pool needed a little attention in terms of cleanliness, a lot of rocks at the bottom. Some of the reviews seem to suggest the breakfast buffet is amazing, it was average, not that many options. Bathroom was not very clean.

more information in the rooms for visiting guests to explain about aircon and facilities available in hotel should they be required- ironing , washing ,taxi requirements , local circular bus timetable . all this would be very much appreciated

Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. The juice could have been made from fresh fruits. The hot tub pool on rooftop terrace was nice (little shallow). The size and the view was exellent. Our 8yrs. Son loved the water slides. Good size pools.
Bird poo in the hot tub at the morning. Could hang some decoy kite to keep the birds away. Ants from the flowerbeds. Complementary water botles could have been available at the room. Should have had free parking for paying customers especially when booking a sweet.

ants !!! reported it and room cleaned and washed but ants still present all during stay . just not what a person likes to see. the scan code only seemed to bring up information in Spanish . buffet way over priced if not included in booking and staff under pressure when computer in buffet room failed .

Spacious rooms spotlessly clean large balcony well equipped large bathrooms and friendly efficient staff. Spa and pool areas are an added bonus.It is an ideal location for a couples or family break. The bar and food prices are reasonable and morning coffee with a slice of home made apple pie a must.

Location, Facilities, Spa, happy hour, we didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food. The room was spacious and clean.
Difficult to park without using hotel carpark and paying for it.
