The self-service booking procedure was interesting, and I found it quite easy to do as the instructions were available in English. The room was quite basic but the sizeable balcony made up for it. The beds were quite comfortable and the facilities acceptable. The hairdryer wasn't working but the member of staff on duty very quickly replaced it. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to take our breakfast back to the room so that we could sit on the balcony with our dog and enjoy the morning sun. The continental breakfast itself was adequate for our needs.

The only real downside was the lack of restaurants. cafes or shops within easy walking distance meant we had to drive into the nearest town only to find that none of the cafes or restaurants were serving cooked food until 8pm. Now that we know what to expect, we are looking forward to our next stay at this hotel.

We loved our two night stay in this hotel in the outskirts of Bilbao. Free parking outside the hotel. our room was huge and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens at the back of the hotel. The continental breakfast was basic but at 4 Euros, was good value for money. The train station across the road from the hotel is a quick 3 Euros trip into Bilbao. There was a safe in the bedroom. We totally recommend this hotel and would return..

There was nothing to dislike.

I loved the big, comfortable rooms including the huge bathrooms. The balcony was great. The food was exceptional and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who were so kind to me and my dog. A beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings and for a great price.

The hotel looks a little bit tired from the outside and has little charm on the inside... But it does a good job at providing guests with a good size, clean and comfortable room with an en-suite bathroom and a pleasant and large terrace. We found the gentleman at the reception welcoming and helpful when we checked in. Breakfast was OK with a relatively good selection of food options. Plenty of parking spaces available on site. Overall, we were very happy with our overnight stay.

The room was clean and breakfast was ok. They even prepared an omlet for us at request. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good fo us.

The hotel would make a better impression if the paint on the walls was brighter.

For the money I paid I got a very clean and spacious room. There is nothing much to do nearby this place however it is a very convenient place to spend a night. Breakfast and service were great too!

Noisy beds.

Bed and room were big and comfortable. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself.

You can hear the cars in the road a tiny bit. Definitely not enough to bother our sleep a lot, but still worth mentioning.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Our room faced the back of the hotel, and had a little terrace with a table, perfect for eating a snack.

A little cold since the heating was not working, but not too much.

Very clean, large rooms with quality finishes throughout. Perfect for a one night stop off with pets. Friendly staff.

There is not much around it. A bar/ cafe across the road is all.
