This is very comfortable accomodation, with helpful 24 hour staff, well located in the centre of town with access to the Metro which provides a 20 min journey into the centre of Bilbao. We stayed in this area to visit friends who live close by. Outside the hotel is everything you need and parking is easy. There are limited facilities in the hotel itself which are not needed because you have everything immediately available just outside.

Hotel parking was hard to find and they don't offer bed and breakfast. It was very expensive compared to other hotels we've been staying in locally.

The location was perfect for my needs, approx 1/2 ride to the Bilbao ferry terminal, hotel had a garage for secure motorcycle parking, staff were friendly

Big spacy room with nice terrace. 7 min walking to the metro, if you did not find any accommodation in the city centre, t should be good solution. They don't offer the breakfast, but there are plenty cafes nearby.

Adventurous parking (while the garage is right under the hotel, and accessible via elevator, it takes about 900 m to drive there from the hotel entrance)

A great hotel with high quality rooms and bathroom. Good sized balcony too. Easy access into town. Staff very good.

although the hotel is not too in Bilbao, it was great location. Close to the metro station and lot of great cafeterias. hotel has its own garage to park car convenient. very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

- The food at the restaurant was amaaaaazing - The cleaning lady was the sweetest ever and my room was always fresh and clean whenever I came back - The location was perfect. Out of the very busy Bilbao city center, but still very reachable by the subway, which is very easy to use.

- A big light in the middle of the ceiling/room would be convenient! - The sockets to charge phones take a really long time to charge a battery

The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The evening lady suggested a restaurant that was very good. The morning lady was helpful with calling a taxi.

I wish they would have had laundry service or washing machine.

Reception was well received and I found staff very helpful 👍

40 charge to card the next day..I had paid 90 euros for the stay so 40 on top with out explanation is naughty.
