The location as it was near to Bilbao for our ferry for the next morning but you felt as if you were miles from the city. Made very welcome and had a lovely breakfast next morning.

It’s needing a bit of a refresh and cleaning. The hotel is separate from where you go for breakfast and there was nowhere to get something to eat at night at the hotel . It seemed a bit strange

Convenient free car parking including underground area. Quiet location. Free drinking water dispenser.

Poor breakfast, with one exception: freshly squeezed orange juice. Mould on walls, in both bedroom and bathroom. No places serving food in evening because it was a Monday - no offer of food at the hotel due to this (unlike hotel 2 years ago (also on a Monday) prior to taking the Tuesday ferry to Portsmouth). Went to nearest (very good) Mercadona supermarket about 15 mins drive away for bread, cheese, milk etc. to sustain us.

Location is beautiful. Quiet village. The receptionist gave us a light snack as there were no restaurants open. Which is a shame as they have a number of restaurants there. There is parking under the hotel and a lift. They accommodated my mum whose disabled/wheelchair bound, with a bedroom close to reception should we need anything. The breakfast is in the restaurant next door, continental was more than adequate and eat and drink as much as you like. The journey to the Port took us 10 mins maybe longer if stuck in traffic.

I am absolutely in love with this place. Everything was great. Quiet and pleasant place in the countryside, 15 minutes drive from Bilbao. There is nature around, eco-trails, trekking and mountain bike routes. + There is a large free car park for guests - open and covered as you wish. + The administrator speaks English. + The room is small, but has everything you need - including a refrigerator and ac. + I liked the bathroom with a bathtub.

Modern rooms in the new building are good, worth paying extra for. Restaurant food was good Beautiful and convenient location. Lots of walking nearby. Unbelievably peaceful considering it's so near Bilbao. Good car parking with underground and surface parking.

Breakfast was good but not excellent. When driving to this hotel from Logroño there is a nightmare junction to navigate, so pick your route carefully.

Amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, good size room with fluffy towels and toiletries supplied. Lovely garden with a stream and loads of seating. Good location only 20 minutes from Bilbao ferry port. Good breakfast.

No tea making facilities which to be fair is normal in Europe.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There is the necessary minimum for living. Pleasant calming sound of a stream outside the window. Cozy and well-maintained territory.

They accepted dogs and told us where to go for a suitable walk. They also gave information about where to get a meal that evening although rather end of season.

The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom had a walk in shower and was clean with a supply of toiletries. There was no hair dryer.

No tea making facilities. No drinking water and no food at night if you arrive later than 8.15.

Friendly staff. Comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Further from downtown Bilbao than expected. Parking was difficult with our SUV. A large bus took up several spots in the outside lot. We ended up parking on the street.
