Very clean.

Location is too close to the nightclub, that opens Thursday-Saturday. Kids being sick and fighting in the streets outside from 4am until 7am. The windows were well soundproofed , we learnt that after the first night as we left the windows slightly open. I mentioned to the same reception staff member 3 times that the shower head in the room was broken. After repeatedly not being fixed, I unscrewed it and brought it down to reception to be addressed. The same receptionist was rude to one of our group. She wanted to buy a packet of crisps from the bar. She was told the bar was closed, but there were 6 other people still drinking there.

1. Very clean hotel. As one enters the lobby, one experiences pleasant smell, which is refreshing. 2. The lobby of the hotel is spacious and great to sit and relax 3. The room size is sufficiently large. The beds were comfortable. In the shower, the water pressure was good. 4. The hotel is about 7 - 8 minutes walk from the stadium and about 20 minutes walk to Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. Approx 5 minutes walk from the hotel is a nice park. The Old Town is about 30+ minutes walk.

There are not any substantive isues at all, as we liked the hotel. The only one thing we would say is that - It would have been nice if the hotel provided a coffee machine or a water kettle. Since we did not purchase the breakfast option, we had to go out in the morning just to drink coffee.

The hotel is situated near the stadium San Memes. A metro station is nearby (ca. 5 minutes walking. Check is fast. We had room 805 on the 8th floor. With a view on the backside of the NH hotel, so pretty quiet. The room is clean and big enough. It had a fridge and a safe but for the safe you need a key. I did not use it. The airco is well working and quiet. The bathroom is nice. The shower is working well! The bed is great! I slept very good!!! Walking to the old city is ca. 30 minutes. Breakfast is nice. It has a lot.

Nice hotel and the reception staff were really friendly and happy to help. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance to the Guggenheim and the Maritime museum as well as all the shops and restaurants. The Room was a decent size and comfortable queen beds with a bath. I would definitely book this hotel again

The cost of €30 to take our pet with us along with €25 per day for parking in the underground car park soon pushes up the cost of staying here. The buffet breakfast was just OK and one of the coffee machines was out of order so long queues to get coffees in the morning.

- Hotel is situated near public transport <bus, metro> and Lidl - At walking distance from the city center - Staff is very friendly and helpful - Hotel is barrier free what is very useful - Room was quiet enough and has plenty of storage space

- The electric socket was only next to one bed which is not comfortable at all - In the bathroom there is only one liquid soap for sink and shower so you have to move it permanently from one place to another - The heating was not working in November even if the announcement says it works since October

The rooms are spotless, and staff are helpful. We overlooked the rear of the hotel and the football stadium. Rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom. Walk in shower and toiletries provided. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it is convenient to the bus stop for the airport.

There was a football match in the stadium one night. It was loud and chaotic in the bar/reception area, with supporters watching the match in the hotel. The last time we stayed, the bar/cafeteria was open most of the day, and now it is just open in the evenings.

Room was really great and even we had the most basic one, it was bigger than expected. Location great - close to stadium, museums, metro station, shops, restaurants - everything by hand, also car rental RecordGo was directly behind the building. Breakfast were large, only vegetable missing, but for us no problem, because it included amazing hams :) We can recommend, and I would come again. Btw, walking distance to Museum Gut.. about 10 minutes, and to Casco Viejo about 20 minutes and all the time are bars and restaurants. only be careful that there are 2 hotels with the same name :D but they are very close each other

The location was perfect, the size of the room was great and breakfast is very tasty.

The receptionist who handled our check in seemed to be very unhappy to be at work on the day....not sure if its because it was New Years eve and perhaps she wanted to have the day off but she could definitely do better by smiling at guests at least. On a side note, also parking is a bit overpriced when compared to all other hotels that we visited during our road trip.

Spotlessly clean room which was generously sized and big comfortable bed. The hotel was peacefully quiet at night (although I acknowledge I was on a higher floor) which lead to a great nights sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for adventure.

The room was a little unfinished in places, (around the windows in particular, where you could see the old paint colours) and lacked character or soft lighting. Felt almost hospital like in a way with bright white/harsh lighting. Not a romantic room or relaxing room (as I couldn't find any English speaking TV channels to have on whilst I unwound for the day and I also couldn't connect my phone to the TV) but a perfectly functional and clean space.

Amazing room 1305. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Fridge worked well as did aircon. Breakfast was more than enough choice. Lolly jar for a late night treat. Cleaning done well every day and complimentary water each day. Plenty of food places around. Great bar across the street with decent menu for a sit down meal (Martxos)

Breakfast whilst good was possibly in need of another staff member, due to a huge guest attendance it was frequently out of cereal spoons, and items being refilled. A note to the reception staff, when not busy, a smile or nod costs nothing when guests are entering or leaving the building.
