A great location right in the city centre. Very big flat for large families. Good AC in all rooms. Good number of shower/wc. 5-10 mins walk to public transport too. All in all a great apartment

A couple of shower rooms were too tight for elders, but there are ample of them, so the smaller ones can be used by kids. The flat is a bit old styled with not all light bulbs working (though didnt affect us much).

Location location location! Can’t be beaten on its location.

A lot more dates than the photos. Bits could do with some maintenance and tlc. No heating at all in one of the bedrooms and the living room could do with being more comfortable.

Location of apartment is great! Everything is close - metro, store, bakery, coffee place, smoothies, pharmacy, Rambla, beach, market... Beds were cozy and rooms spacious. There are 4 bathrooms with showers and bathrooms. Every bedroom has air conditioning. We were group of 14 people and we felt comfortable.

If you are a light sleeper buy earplugs, because apartment is located on the busy street - a lot of cars, motorbikes and loud people. This becomes especially evident at night.

It’s very noisy!! The windows need replacing, you can hear traffic, road works and bins being emptied so it woke us up quite a lot. The responses were quite slow so customer service could be a little better. If we had a problem while we were there it would have taken a day or so to get a reply.

it was clean and perfect for a family. the beds were comfortable and there was a supermarket a few doors away. it is in a great location.

we arrived in the evening and were waiting for access. the man who was meant to let us in didn’t show up. He rang and was rude, stating we were in the wrong place. after trying to explain that we were in the right place he continued to ring every 20 mins and became aggressive. I had to leave my children and elderly parents and walk around a city I had never been too, eventually finding a man who spoke to the employee in Spanish and typed in an address on Google maps for me. when I eventually found the property the man was very unwelcoming. my phone had died and I was worried about how I was going to find my family. after looking around the apartment I discovered it wasn’t the apartment we had booked. it was too small. I explained this and we discovered that it was the wrong apartment. the man hadn’t been given my details and we were in fact staying at the original location. We had to walk all the way back to the other apartment where, thankfully, my family had waited. we got no apology, despite emailing the proprietor and explaining what had happened. the email was totally ignored. be careful if you book this property! Also, the bathrooms are extremely small, not really fit for purpose and the temperature in the showers kept going up and down and my son got burnt.

The apartment is in a great location, but is dated with a strange layout, especially the dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, but the floor were dirty. The kitchen is very small making it difficult for the number of people to move about. The dining room is isolated with one dim light because the chandelier did not have light bulbs. Two of the bathrooms have very small showers (two showers in each bathroom) and double sinks which one was not accessible due to a wall of one shower being in the way. The house was dirty, especially the floors were not swept. The kitchen is extremely small in relation to the house and the amount of bedrooms. The picture posted on the site are deceiving. Overall is an ok accommodation if you are spending lots of time in the city.
