The hotel staff was absolutely amazing and great location to see things

The entrance/lobby is very appealing. Having candy dishes around the various sitting areas of the 1st floor is a nice touch. Though, the guarded access to water, juice, and chocolates seemed unnecessary. The staff in the rooftop lunch and breakfast areas were friendly, thoughtful, and personable. There was one woman at the front desk who was very helpful. The balcony/deck of our room was the best part about the room. We appreciated the robes and slippers.

The bathroom shower was not clean ( black mold). The towels and robes seemed worn and rough. There was only an uncomfortable backless stool to sit on in our room. The furniture seemed old, banged up and dated. For a four star hotel, the room felt like a "forgotten" space. The location is not the best, especially with the ongoing construction. This was our most expensive hotel during our visit to Spain and it was not worth the price.

Location was within a few minutes walk of all the main sights without being on the main (very busy) streets. Perfect for tourists. 4 min walk from the Aerobus drop off and only a 5 min walk to Las Ramblas. Room was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed. We were aware that we had an internal courtyard view when we booked so this was not an issue. The rooftop pool/bar was beautiful and a welcome relief during the heat of the day.

The prices of the cocktails/food to the rooftop bar were quite high, however, the food was fantastic and we were well aware that we were in the absolute heart of Barcelona.

Modern, quiet room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom and amenities. We liked that fresh bottled water was provided. Staff at front desk were friendly and as we arrived early after disembarking from a cruise we were able to leave our bags and explore for the day. A close coffee house was recommended for an early morning coffee and pastry and that became our go to every day. Good air con at a very hot time of the year and easy access to many different areas of Barcelona. A little $$$ but clean, comfortable and modern and close to what we wanted to see and do.

Wifi was a bit slow.

Amazing reception hosts, so lovely and accommodating! The junior suite was spacious and offered a lot of space and a large and comfortable bed, the bathroom was beautiful and spacious with a really nice big mirror. Loved that there were spaces all around the lobby to work from, but the wifi connection can be a bit slow. A nice touch were the lolly jars that were available to snack on, especially when I had zoom calls at random hours. The rooftop plunge pool and bar were a nice escape from the busy streets and had a nice view of the city. Location was central to everything that we needed and wanted to see. Would stay again :)

The wifi connection in the room wasn't very good.

We loved our stay at H10 Cubik. Very warm welcome from reception and they couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was great (310). I requested a room away from any lifts and to be on a higher floor and we got both which was really appreciated. Our room was very spacious with loads of storage for clothes and shoes. The bed was comfy (firm matress) and they provide three pillows each which I liked as most hotels only provide one. I slept very well both nights. The hotel is in walking distance of the Cathedral, Gothic Quater, La Ramblas, Barceloneta Beach, Arco de Triunfo and many more. We don’t mind walking so was fine for us. We would definitely reccomend H10 Cubik to friends and family.

Have more plug sockets next to mirrors which aren’t in a bathroom.

Breakfast was convenient and cooked to order. Location was perfect for us, just outside the busy streets and felt safe. We upgraded to the suite room and it was a perfect size, gorgeous ritual toiletries and excellent air conditioning. Sweets in reception for a little late night treat! Rooftop bar/pool very relaxed and chilled. Comfortable sun beds and chairs and a plunge pool to cool off. Drinks & snacks delicious. All staff friendly and very helpful.

Well located, far enough from Las Ramblas not to get caught up in the tourist trap but perfectly located for exploring Barcelonas sights, shopping and of course food/bars Staff were fab, we arrived in the early hours of the morning and check in was swift, had an issue with a lost mobile phone which the reception were amazing in helping with. Rooftop Terrance is a lovely place for a late afternoon drink, pool is more like a plunge pool than one to swim in. Rooms were spacious and well equipt, things like the iron and hairdryer were of good quality (not like the flimsy ones you get elsewhere), bed was absolutely huge….hotel itself is cool and quirky with retro furniture and lots of little seating areas. Would book again.

Located at City centre. Staff was very caring and courteous. Room was very neat and clean . I booked junior suite and hotel upgraded to the best suite of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay .Would like to stay here next time also.

For vegetarian breakfast was nothing . Swimming pool operates from 10am to 8pm. So we never enjoyed the pool. But we never complained to hotel as we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the Hotel is excellent for the places we wanted to visit, and it is v close to the start of the Bus Tours. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars are all easily accessible and our room (inner courtyard facing) was silent! Nothing was more than 15-20min walk away. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely Rituals toiletries and a good hairdryer in the room. The cleaner did a fab job. The reception staff were top notch esp. Erick Ferreiro who assisted with our luggage and escorted us into our awaiting Taxi. They were also informative and helpful with tourist info and I cannot fault the staff. Checking out at noon is a bonus! We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so I can’t comment on that but the roof terrace bar is amazing!

No plugs near the mirror to dry your hair - only in the bathroom, so we had to wait for the other person to vacate the bathroom before using the hairdryer. But this is splitting hairs (lol!). We had asked the hotel in advance what toiletries were provided but they didn’t respond. Had they done so, we could have brought less as there were lovely Rituals bathroom things to use, so we didn’t use the ones we brought in the airport and couldn’t take them home due to liquid restrictions. The coffee machine didn’t work, and there were only 2 t bags each day and no fresh milk available ( we did ask) so that could’ve been better.
