The information we received for check-in and usage was helpful. We liked using the numerical code for entering. The elevator was helpful.The location was convenient for restaurants, transportation, a grocery store, and the Sagrada Familia Basilica (we could see the tops of the spires from the balcony). The apartment was clean, mostly quiet, has comfortable bedrooms, and beautiful floor tiles. Lighting was great.

The video provided for the dishwasher did not match the type of machine in the apartment. It beeped through much of the washing. If guests are expected to sort garbage into 4 categories to deposit them outside in the bins, there should be 4 labeled receptacles in the apartment to help sort. There is no bathroom fan; air freshener would help.

My family enjoy the apartment very much. It is very roomy for our group of 5, and very comfortable with modern convenience. The bed and bedding are all comfortable, of excellent quality. I love the towels, very big and thick. The kitchen is well-equipped. I really appreciate the host preparing a well-thought-out cleaning kit, where you can find dish-liquid, sponge, drying cloth, tablets for dish washer and washing machine. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, great bonus for our travel. The apartment is located on a convenient and quite neighbourhood. There are 3 grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. Bus number 47 is right at the door that will take you all the way downtown, and to the most popular area at the beach. The landmark Sagrada Familia church is 5 minutes walk where you will find many local restaurants and stores surrounding the tourist attraction. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The location a few blocks from Sagrada Familia was excellent. The neighbourhood was great, lots of local bars and shops. It was very easy to get around the city with the metro which is very close by. The design of the apartment was excellent, very calm and stylish and comfortable for our whole family.

It’s not a complaint, but the small box of dishwasher/ laundry supplies for a week was small. We bought extra and have left in the property for the next clients.

The rooms were spacious and quite clean. The location was good and it had a direct view of Sagra da Familia. Price for value is quite good and I would highly recommend it if you stay with friends. They also provide you with great documentation that has a lot of information about the place and also restaurants near by.

I can't think of a lot of negative things. Communication with the hosts are not hard but it can be tricky as they kept answering in Spanish and I had to translate it. However, you can also directly give them a call.

Super modern, nice view of the top half of the Sagrada Familia and the beds were very comfortable.

Not much sound proofing between apartments, could especially hear people above us. We also ran out of basics like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets early on with not enough for our 5 night stay and had to buy more, not a big issue but we’d recommend they include more of these for longer stays. The TV also didn’t work but we weren’t too fussed as we were reasonably out and about anyway.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a bus stop just outside the door and a small park and playground across the street. The scenery changes dramatically with just a three-block walk, which will bring you to the Sagrada Familia basilica and the surrounding clusters of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well-appointed, with lots of living space to relax in after a long day of touring and shopping. Given the amenities and prime location, it might be difficult to find a better alternative at that price point. It was a treat to be able to stroll over to Sagrada Familia (which you can really never stop marveling at) any time and any number of times you wanted to - morning, tapas time, or at night when it is fully lit up.

Great location and smooth communication from the owners, easy to collect the keys and the apartment itself was very comfy, with a balcony and 3 separate bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), 2 bathrooms, so that everyone can have privacy if needed.

2 smaller bedrooms have their windows opening into a closed tiny well-like inner yard and it gets rather noisy as you can hear what's happening in all other apartments above (including flushing water etc). However, this wasn't a problem for us as we used earplugs, and I guess finding a super quiet place in Barcelona is hard on it's own.

The place was beautiful. We loved the architectural details of the ceiling and exposed brick walls. The place had lots of space for our group. We loved being across the street from a large park with play equipment. We also liked being in a quieter area that was still within walking distance to the sites, or a short cab ride. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. Also loved the rain showers!

The check in process online was a little complicated trying to enter in everyone's passport numbers, etc.

Our stay at the Aspasios Sagrada Familia apartment was excellent. Clear, simple check-in process to get into the apartment building and them get our key cards from the key safe. On arrival the apartment was spotless. The apartment decor and comfort was excellent. Modern decor yet with original features like the original balcony doors and shutters, and attractive floor tiles. A lovely balcony overlooking the central courtyard, with a view to the Sagrada Familia itself. The apartment did actually look exactly like the booking.com photos. How refreshing and how unusual! Comfortable beds and sofa. Good dining table and chairs. Excellent bathroom, extremely clean and no wear and tear or mould. Plentiful hot water, didn't run out. Well-equipped kitchen with what you need for basic self-catering. Decent coffee machine with 6 pods provided. I emailed and asked for extra coffee pods and they were replenished that day. Quiet apartment, and also very dark at night enabling sound sleep. A little sound from footsteps and loo flushing above but not problematic, just what you get in a flat. I am sensitive to noise and this did not disturb me at all. Easy access from Sagrada Familia metro line. Lots of great cafés and restaurants in the surrounding streets. Not too expensive as a little out of the main tourist centre, although still definitely central enough and good to access the main parts of the city that most people want to visit. Easy to get to from Barcelona airport via the airport shuttle bus then metro. Felt very safe in the surrounding streets. Happy to let me two teens wander about on their own without worrying about them. A good price for the level of comfort, charm, equipment and the excellent location. I would fully recommend this accommodation and I would love to come back.

Stylish Apartment! Perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to Sant Pau hospital and Sagrada Familiar. Convenient bus stop at door step of apartment. Excellent communication with host. Would love to stay again

Only 2 laundry pods was given for our 5 night stay. Lightning was a little bit dim.
