The Hotel is

The Hotel has a wonderful staff. They are very friendly and polite. The location is more than perfect. The hotel is located 5-7 away of the central part of the city. Plenty of restaurants choices . Very clean place with a modern design. We've been there to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday and the management has been prepare for. They had organised the room with a lot of balloons and small presents for him. Very kind of them. The breakfast was included and it was with a multiple choices. Excellent customer service... So - Highly recommended place of any one aspect!

The hotel is situated very close to Sagrada familia, which is one of the must see places during your visit! Only 7 min on foot ! Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. The metro station is also just a few steps away. Great location! Staff friendly and ready to help anytime! On our check out day they even gave us a small present as it was a special day for the country ( St George day). Room spacious ( as it is at the photos), clean with comfortable beds and big bathroom! We had every day cleaning 😊 Totally recommend it and will choose it again for sure!

The location to the metro line L4 is 5 minutes, to L5 Sagraga Familia 15 minutes.Super reachable with metro from airport.Location is perfect for discovering the city. Safe environment as it's residential area. Check in was very smooth and good. Housekeeping did each day a great job. It was a pleasure to see the clean room after whole days of discovering the city. Breakfast was very good and allways enough selection. Waitress where every attentive. We loved the different cakes. We feelt very welcomed in the hotel. In the lobby you have as well lemon water and some sweetIt was a nice touch. Room offered as well tea,coffe and water. Definitely a very good stay overall.

You can hear noises from the corridor. Last day we did had early check out due to the early flight and we took the option "care package" and not the breakfast. It was disappointing. They should have a list what people likes at the reception.

Walking distance to Sagrada Familia; rooms comfortable and nice shower!

Buffet breakfast almost always the same. There could be one day some crepes, another day some waffles; different eggs like omelettes, etc Also the reception clerk really scared us by saying that the historical centre was dangerous and there were many pick pockets all over, even at Barcelonetta beach, which she didn’t recommend. And that our passports would be sent directly to police station in case ; that we should carry copies of our passports, which she provided, in case something happened. I didn’t appreciate this.

The place was nice and the neighborhood was very authentic, not super touristy, but you could get to the Sagrada Familia in a 10/15 minute walk. I loved the deal they had with the gym.

Some of the staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful but I also had a not-so-great experience with one of the receptionists during check-out. She was not rude, but she seemed to be in a bad mood, so I felt like asking her to check me out of the room was an inconvenience for her. It wasn't enough to sour the experience, but it was enough to notice. Also, both the check-in and check-out were a bit of a bottleneck of people onto just one or two receptionists at the desk.

Room was ok, there is a minibar with fridge, an electronic kettle, quite spacious bathroom. Nice breakfast, early check-in possible for like only 10 euro. Helpful staff. There is a couple of metro stations nearby to get around the city. The vicinity is not overcrowded.

No blanket slip, only two separate sheets with the blanket between them, gets totally messy in the morning. Noisy outside, some renovation works from the early morning. Totally not soundproof, you can hear all the neighboring guests slamming the doors, using toilets and running water...

I liked that they have a 24 h reception as we arrived pretty late due to the evening flight. The location is spot on. Metro in the area, short walking distance to Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. There is a beautiful artsy former hospital building nearby. Nice touch: daily water, mini kettle, tea and chocolates ***Great coffee and tomato bread at the Bar Teatre rigth next to the hotel.

The doors close with a huge noise. During our last evening and morning it seemed that our neighbours wanted to tear down the building, connecting families, slaming the doors shut...

Central location, good facilities and friendly staff, especially on reception . Wasn’t expecting room to need cleaned every day but it was. Beds and pillows were comfy so we were able to have a good nights sleep.

Didn’t really like the drains in the bathroom, did leave the room a bit smelly at times. Also on one occasion a member of cleaning staff came in the room very early in the morning when we were still in bed. I didn’t think to put the hanging sign on the door, but would have been nice if they had knocked to see if we were in/out.

good value for money, near Sagrada Familia (5 min walking downhill) & very close to the metro station; staff was polite & helpful, check in/out was very smooth and fast, location is clean, room & bathroom are medium size, enough for us a a couple who went to Barcelona to visit the city

it’s not something i did not like, but it would be useful another electrical socket (it s only one on one side of the bed, the other side is with USB - not useful for our type of chargers), but it is only a suggestion; there are 2 more sockets on the desk area, ofc

The hotel is located 8-10 mins walk to Sagrada Familia, very well connected by public transport. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating, they changed my room mid way through the stay without any problem. It was a lovely stay.

The only slightly negative experience was that on our last day we asked the girl at reception to order taxi for us and instead of calling an official cab company she called (I assume) a friend and he cancelled last moment leaving us racing to the train station. It would have been nicer if she told us she can't do it and recommend us something else, rather than waste precious time.
