Great location, good bed. Good communication with host. They added an extra blanket, because the doublebed seemed small for two people and my daughter slept in the entrance corridor, where there was an extra bed, although there was no window. The shaded windows in tje pohoto lead to the building staircase hall, so it cannot be opened or vented. So it was hot there even in November.

They promised to bring toilet paper and wastebin bags, but did not, despite we reminded them. 3 pcs per 5 days is not enough for 2 people. Towels did not dry, because we didcnot want to open the windows to the xorridor, so we would need exchange for 6 days 2 towels per person are not enough. The visitor tax is not included, so it is extra cost, which actually makes it quite expensive. The kitchen was ok, but the Italian coffee pot too small. They did not have any big tea cups. But we managed.

Let’s be honest, this is Barcelona any location in the Town would be well situated so except for the tourist way too polite, this can’t be used here despite being the only good fact about this «Thing». Just pay attention to the photos previous customers added in their reviews, it speak by itself You can have a real 2 star hotel for the same price and they will be polite and won’t charge you additional fees hidden in the description and as expensive as the pullman but without the qualité nor the services … such a shame To the owner : if you wan’t to reply as you tried some times please don’t forget to explain the difference between your photos and customer’s one and why do you charge cleaning fees if client have to clean themselves, knowing that you will keep the caution, if they don’t throw their bins ?

Warning : Read the reviews and pass your way ! Don’t trust booking like I did, this is not a Diamond and you’re not lucky to be able to book there

The location is great near Sant Pau hospital, there are a lot of restaurants, cafe, bakery, bus stop and metro station nearby. The Sagrada Familia is in 15 minutes walk. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a good size of bathroom.

The apartment is fully self service so we can't leave our luggage after we checked out. There was deposit money in case we didn't take care of the trash and dirty kitchen wares. WIFI was patchy, luckily we didn't need to use it that much. The hair dryer stop working after 1 minute and you need to wait in order to use it again..

-Despite all the previous reviews, the internet connection is good! (As I’m told, the fiber has been replaced for a new one recently). - the apartment is clean and has everything you may need (soap, shower gel, a microwave and a kettle etc) - the bed has a comfortable mattress - I was met with a polite and nice man and explained and shown everything in details, thank him for such a hospitable attitude - besides curtains there are roller shutters so that you can sleep without any lights from the street - the room has an air conditioner to heat or make it colder - the last but not least: price. Less than 200€ for 2 nights at weekend is a really low price for Barcelona

- the pillows are really too flat, i used 2 to sleep normally - water pressure is too low, but it’s a common thing for many old buildings in all the European cities (anyway it’s not the weakest I’ve seen) - it’s little bit noisy from outside, but, again, I’ve met much noisier places. so in Atica I could sleep quite well. - deposit. Yes, I understand it perfectly that it will be returned to me but it’s always not a pleasant point when you have to freeze extra money for unknown period.

The location is great. The flat is nice, spotlessly clean and in a good neighborhood. The beds were really comfy. There were enough of dishes and other kitchen equipment to make simple food.

The check-in procedure is not smooth, you have to wait for the agent to come in and this feels unnecessary and tiring after a long trip. Also there are too many rules, you need to take out your trash otherwise you're charged from your deposit - so check your black folder carefully! However, our stay went really smooth. Also it's quite loud if you sleep next to the main road.

The location is fabulous- walking distance to/from Sagrada Familia and metro station, shops and restaurant around, great conditions, high level of cleanness, comfortable beds , great size of the apartment, street view, all the essential things are on your reach (fridge, plates and utensils, toiletries etc).Extremely happy with Atica- if I will return to Barcelona, this apartment will be my choice again

The fact there is no reception, the check in and check out procedures are slightly worrying, but thorough messages , everything goes smoothly

The apartment block and the apartment were immaculate, check-in was simple, the apartment was very nicely decorated and furnished, we were a group of 5, so the 2 double and 1 of the single rooms worked perfectly for us, with 2 well equipped bathrooms as well, was a bonus, the apartment was situated in a quiet neighbourhood there was plenty of bakeries. Coffee shops and restaurants literally outside the apartment, yet still only 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral and 20 minutes further to the centre, for a group it was definitely VFM.

The apartment was beautiful, very spacious and clean, slightly echo-y but it wasn’t an issue.

It is abit frightening how many charges that are associated with the stay of you forget to put rubbish out they will take an extra cleaning fee, we made sure to keep the place spotless and did follow the rules, but it made us worry that we would be charged if we forgot to pick up something by accident, again this wasn’t an issue in the end, we made sure to follow the rules and left with our full €200 deposit returned.
