Staff were nice, great location

They had a hidden charge of 50€ for tourist tax which was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com Beds were not very comfy

Good location, lively but quiet neighborhood. Nice staff, comfortable bed, middle range breakfast. Near to metro, buses, much better place to live than downtown Barcelona.

- The lack of toiletbrush in the bathroom, the lack of towel stativ. - AC was not working properly, it was noisy and inefficient, very warm in the room compared to the reception and breakfast area. We opened the window and switched off the AC, the air got better but there was noisy from the neighbors and som kind of other noise also. - The pool is a joke. Small, smells, the water is not clean. The area around the pool is nice. - At the breakfast they don't really have fresh vegetables, only som old, dried out tomatoes and some old, bitter cucumbers. Lot of pace to improve!! Too many sweets and too little healthy food.

Superb Location!

Room acoustic insulation’s MUST to be improved. Noise room.

Perfect location a short walk to everything. Breakfast was plentiful with cooked and continental along with a range of juices, coffees, teas. My room was the perfect size with toiletries, mini bar, safe and space to hang clothes etc. Special mention to David on reception who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions we had. Room was cleaned daily and towels plentiful.

The only negative for me was that the mattress was very hard, I am used to slightly softer but that is personal preference. An early flight in the morning meant I missed beakfast but that was just the luck of the draw. Taxi from airport actually dropped me at wrong hotel but i quickly found the correct one.

Clean and spacious room with a good location.

The shower was very hard to utilize without soaking the bathroom floor and having water pouring into the main room. The sinks also need their drains cleaned for a normal water flow. In addition the Nescafé was never refilled during our stay, so we were out of coffee after just 2 days.

The hotel location is really good, putting you to walking distance from the most important think you might want to visit in Barcelona. Eixample is full of restaurants and bars, so a really good location. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the hotel was in very good condition.

We found three main drawbacks in the hotel: - Our room was turned to the street and it can turn to be quite noisy. Mainly at night, when people just scream in the street or are signing (or whatever) - The AC in the room was very noisy, also I don't think the thermostat worked well (it would cool the room until it was freezing, independently of the set temperature and being in Auto) - Sometimes it took almost 10min to get an elevator

The staff were really helpful, friendly and accommodating. One night they kept the terrace open longer for us. Along with flexible with checkout and check in times. We were able to walk in to the centre, and reach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Safe area. The beds were super comfy! And our room was light, and able to look out on for the street. Quite on an evening!

The position is very convenient, at a walking distance from two metro stations and from the charming avenues of Paseo de Gracia. The room was quite clean, well equipped with modern furniture and a wide bathroom with a very nice and comfortable shower.

The room was a bit small in comparison with the wide bathroom and not well sound-insulated. During the night we were disturbed by voices from behind the walls of neighboring rooms.
