The location is superb, one block away from the main commercial street. Very close to lots of bars and the underground station. The staff are there 247 and quite friendly. The room is clean and bed is comfy.

The room is clean but small, the sink might be too narrow to wash the face. No breakfast is provided in the hotel but it allows us to explore surrounding area for food.

I liked the location most. Another good thing was the small balcony next to our room where my husband could smoke. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day as well. One more thing I'd like to point out are the lockers where we kept our luggage as we had late night flight that day. We will definitely come back

It seems the room needed more thorough cleaning. Furniture is extremely basic and scarce - no chairs, no tables, no wardrobe.

The room was nice, comfortable and compact. The location was great, easily accessible to metro, bars, restaurants and so on. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness was absolutely perfect! The wifi was good as well.

Some other amenities in the other room would have been better, such as a table/chair, electric kettle, tea/coffee. The coffee machine in the lobby only accepted coins which was a limitation.

Overall the room was ok. Space was a little bit limited but enough to move around easily. The bed was comfortable and cleaned daily. The bathroom was good, especially the shower which had instantanous hot water. Towels were changed daily even if they shouldn't have been. Special thanks to the staff which was super helpful. Also, the fresh water dispenser in the common hall was a plus.

The bathroom sink was really small. It was totally usable, but a bigger one could have been better.

Very friendly and helpful staff (great recommendations for fantastic tapas bars only minute or so walk). Fantastic location, close enough to walk to all the big central Barcelona attractions. Felt totally safe as 2 females walking out at night. Also quiet areas in hotel with great WiFi if you need to work.

Seems trivial but the room could have done with a seat or a stool. But really only a very minor thing.

The location, the rooftop terrace and the friendly staff, especially Sergi who was very helpful. The neighbourhood was very interesting with lots of great restaurants and bars.

The pillows were very soft and lumpy and made sleeping difficult. The room was a little small and we had to put our suitcases on the floor. There was no storage in the bathroom for toiletries.

The location was excellent; a two minute walk to the Avenida Diagonal and on the fringe of the Gracia neighbourhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was great considering the price.

The only thing that I could say was negative was that there was some noise from the street. However, it was not constant and when there weren't people on the street shouting it was quite quiet. Maybe there could be a curtain in the bathroom for the window...? I'm finding it hard to complain really.

The quality of the facilities exceeded my expectations. The pictures must not be updated. The staff is extremely friendly. The wifi is second to none. Having a free water dispenser in the corridor was a plus. The other useful thing is the patio on the second floor convenient for smokers.

The only down for me was not having a desk in the room allowing some working for professionals in a rush. But on another hand, you could easily go down to the restaurant and use a table there. Another down for me was the breakfast where you could only have regular toast, scramble eggs with toast or a 3rd choice with is regular ham and cheese toast. To drink you can have a hot beverage with a small glass of orange juice. No croissants or cake, or pancakesss. It was disappointing.

Comfortable room. Efficient and friendly staff. I loved the lockers, where I could keep my luggage after checking out and come back later to pick it up. That was quite convenient, considering my flight was many hours after the check out. Meanwhile I could visit other places in the city without worries. Great location.

The breakfast was a little restricted (not many options; some guests could find portions rather small). I couldn't activate the upper shower in the bathroom, only the hand hose. I don't know if that was how it was supposed to be, but it was not intuitive... The bathroom was small (while seated on the toilet I could accidentally hit the sink depending on my position). However, these were minor aspects that didn't ruin the overall great experience.

Nice room with a good bathroom. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The service was really good and the staff were lovely and helpful. The location was nice and central to many of the activities that we wanted to do, we walked almost everywhere but there were lots of easy transport options nearby too.

My only tiny complaint would be that the smoking area was near to the door to my hallway, so often the smoke smell would come into our room as people didn’t seem very good at closing the hallway door to prevent this.
