We liked it because it looks and feels contemporary. It is very well located in the city, it has everything you need, the check in is online, no interaction with humans but when you need some thing, in a minute you get it through whastapp. No one bothers you, the apartamente that look in the courtyard are quiet, everything is cleaned daily, your room at every three days (you are announced via whastapp about the room cleaning). Through whastapp you will fix anything . Upon arriving, you get a treat in the room. Snacks and drinks and coffee capsules to start your holiday with a boost. This is a great idea. And it refreshes with every room cleaning. We have nothing to complain. This is an apartment to sleep and wake up comfortably to start roaming the city once again. Great!

Fantastic location close to the main shopping street (Pg. de Gracia), the metro and very conveniently located in the central and cute neighborhood of Gracia. The room was very modern and clean, it was smaller than what we expected but it had everything we needed, including coffee machine (with pods), kettle (with tea), water and glasses (including a pair of wine glasses), fridge and safe. Bathroom was very clean, had clean, soft towels, and had fantastic water pressure (plus hot water). We were thankful for reliable elevators, a balcony with a fantastic view and quiet neighbors! We had an issue with our safe and through their 24/7 virtual concierge, we were able to solve it quickly.

The room was a bit small so we couldn’t fully open our luggage anywhere but on top of the bed. But everything else was great!!

The hotel is located in perfect location. It was very clean, everything new and fresh, great amenities. It was easy to access and it felt safe.

The check in is online, you dont see anyone from the staff. All the communication is with AI so there is no personal touch. Be careful to put the right number of guests once you book it. The only downside of this hotel is the noise, as you hear all the other guests and everyone in common areas.

We really enjoyed the welcome beer in the fridge after walking around the city earlier. The coffee and tea were also welcome. We did buy some fresh milk that we could pop in the fridge. The lotions in the bathroom were really lovely to use and smelt fabulous! Great location, we were near to the main city but able to walk to everything. Easy to get to our room. We didn't see any other guests!! We felt very comfortable.

We would have liked English TV channel just to switch on e.g BBC news. We had to use the same coffee cups each day for 3 days, I think we could have taken them downstairs to the communal kitchen but we were on the top floor, clean cups each day would have been lovely. A map of Barcelona in the room on arrival would be a bonus . A small chair to pop clothes on rather than the floor as there wasn't much room for clothes but we only had a rucksack so didn't bring much!

Location - perfect and safe! Space - cozy and with everything you need for 3-4 days :) Very friendly and lovely surroundings :) Super good location, nice city vibe and a lot of cafes, mini supermarkets around! Plus, if you are a person who likes to walk, everything is in walking distance :)

The location of NUMA BRIO is just excellent at just 15-20 minutes away on foot from the major Gaudi sights. It is also conveniently located in the Gracia district which has a very local feel and good bars and restaurants. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport from the Airport (we took the airport train to Passeig de Gracia and then walked about 15 mins). We could store our luggage in a safety box till later in the evening as the access code was valid to 20:00 on our day for departure.

Days after we had booked, the management changed from Gracia Gardens Boutique Hotel to Numa Brio. The Numa concept is basically that you arrange everything online, you get an access code and all further communication is done through whatsapp and a private company. This worked fine in our case and the online staff was super reactive, but I can imagine this is not ideal for older travellers, people without smartphones (these do exist) and it also means there is less social control at night as opposed to a reception with actual people. The room was rather noisy at times, not from outside noise but from people talking/entering/shouting in nearby rooms. So you will have to be lucky who occupies the other rooms, cause no reception, means nobody to calm down a possible situation.

The place completely met my expectations. Simple, clean and well-coated. It was quiet, there was also coffee and tea. However, there was no drinking water, you had to buy it in a store. The tap water tasted unpleasant. Apart from that, the internet is good. Easy access, possibility to leave luggage. Everything's great.

The check-in process was seamless. Our room was small but adequate for our needs. The balcony was very nice looking out over the street. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was well equipped with a coffeemaker, hot pot and small refrigerator. The hotel stocked the refrigerator with juice and a beer and supplied coffee and tea and bottled water. It was in a great area just up the street from a very fashionable area and very convenient to everything we wanted to see.

I tried calling the hotel at least once a week for a month to see if I could get one more room for our son who decided to join us in Barcelona. All I got was a recording asking me to leave a message which I did each time. No one ever tried to contact me even to say that no room was available. Surprisingly enough a room became available the day we checked in. My son tried one last time and was successful but for a very high room rate, much higher than we paid for an identical room. I would have liked better customer service before check-in.

location - very near to all places of interest and with good a good cafe, supermarket and bakery just downstairs. Quiet - it’s very quiet both day and night. except when the cleaners come. toiletries - the lotion, shampoo and conditioner works and smell so well, plus they’re sustainable. also I like the towel, thick white and big. customer service was quite helpful at times

hot shower - it’s not very consistent. Wi-Fi- some morning it was not available but came back after sometime (1-2 hours) after we feedback
