Excellent location in the heart of the upscale Exiample District. Room was exceptionally clean. Large private terrace for relaxing and a lively green courtyard to breathe and relax after a day of walking.

I had a room with an excellent terrace, but it was located on the floor directly above the lobby and breakfast area. It was very noisy in the morning and evenings. I could hear people talking, laughing, dishes clanging etc. until the last night. Apparently they shut a door to the hallway that helped, but why didn’t they do that the first 6 days? The King mattress was lumpy, squeaked, and I could literally feel the springs and a large “valley” in the mattress.

Location. Lovely Courtyard. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Near to Diagonal subway stop so can reach Rambla area easily. Near to Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona’s elegant Fifth Avenue-style shopping street. And Gaudi’s La Pedrera/Casa Milà masterpiece. Had two elevators which is good to have in a restored mansion hotel. Building is attractive. Soundproofing works well as my room faced the street and I hardly heard the traffic noise.

Did not have fresh orange juice at breakfast. Which was otherwise excellent. Spain is famous for its oranges so orange juice here should not disappoint. I don’t know what kind of OJ they had but it was not fresh Valencia OJ

Very friendly and kind staff, supported us throughout a stay and always made an extra efforts to accommodate the inquiries. A small surprise present for a kid in the room was a nice gesture and small sweet presents for the birthday day- very much appreciated. Good breakfast and nice location!

Duvet cover is separate from duvet itself, its just bed sheets. not comfortable bed linen Suggestion to change hair dryer , this one with press button is old enough and not convenient if you have long hair and want to spend time outside sightseeing but not making up hair

Beautiful hotel. Lovely touch with a glass of Cava on arrival and cases taken to room with early check in accommodated. The balcony overlooking the street was great and lovely neighbourhood too and even though rooftop bar was not open as out of season it was a great space to sit wait cracking views and a real sun trap.

Our tv was only showing half the channels. We asked if this could be remedied and were told an engineer had been called but was never fixed by end of trip and no feedback given either. Bath towel wasn’t replaced on last day so had to use a face cloth before early morning flight 🫣

A modern, well equipped and very comfortable hotel at an amazing location, just around the corner from Pg de Gracia and from subway station "Diagonal". Littel detail: The back side of the hotel has a view at the Casa Mila by Gaudi! Our room was very spacious with a french balcony overlooking the back yard, a very comfy bed and a nice bathroom with a rain shower. The buidling obviously has quite some history before it was converted into this hotel. The high ceilings, the majestic entrance of the hotel, the old elevator (out of service) are only few aspects of the cosy hotel it is today. The breakfast is great. Besides the buffet, an extensive menu to order from is included in the price. The personnel is super friendly and helpful and the warm welcome with a glass of Cava and some bites completed the whole package.

The property was very close to the beautiful Gaudi houses, fine shopping, and wonderful restaurants. Everything is walkable from this hotel. The employees were knowledgeable of the area and extremely helpful and pleasant. A lovely lady, whose name unfortunately escapes me, gave us an upgraded room with a lovely and very comfortable patio. It had a backyard view of the Mila house as well as the lovely hotel garden view. Jose gave us good information about how to get to Montserrat. Sadly, we only had one day so weren’t able to enjoy any of the gardens nor the rooftop deck. I would definitely come back because of the fine employees.

The breakfast was lovely with a good selection. The staff were all polite, friendly and efficient. The location was, especially for Sagrada Familia and Pedrera which we visited.

At breakfast we sometimes received the wrong food, which was quickly remedied. The crispy bacon was sometimes well over cooked and on one occasion my friend received poached eggs which were barely cooked at all. They should not have been put on a plate!!

Location is excellent very close to Casa mila and the other gaudi projects. staff were all super friendly and helpful, breakfast choice was good and more items to order from the menu. room size is bigger than most city hotel rooms and well designed. even basic room has a sofa and desk to chill/work, but the best room we stayed was no doubt the terrance or garden room. we booked 3 rooms so got to see a few room styles.

Friendly staff. Great location in the heart of Barcelona. Very walkable. The room was really nice. Bathroom was HUGE. Universal/travel adaptor built into the wall was nice. Pool was pretty good! With a view of Casa Mila

Internal sound proofing wasn't great (could hear people above us). Room had double shower heads, but one of the sliding doors/walls leaked water so could only use one shower head

Room was lovely with beautiful terrace. Nice garden. I liked the little snacks they had in reception and the unlimited bottled water served in reusable glass bottles

I only had one meal in the garden and the salad was inedible. The latte was good though. They changed 130 Euros for a car to Sitges and a standard taxi turned up!
