Great location and pleasant stuff. Room was decent. Not brand new, a lot signs of use but it was clean. Terrace and the view.

Room isolation is not that great. You can hear everything from the lobby. This was the biggest downside Swimming pool on the top is pretty small and water is not heated

The hotel was very well staffed and all of which were very friendly and extremely helpful and a credit to the hotel. We were very happy with our room, ensuite and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The property is located near to the beach which is ideal for nearby walks and around 50mins wall from Las Ramblas but you have a bus right outside the complex.

Great location with a bus line connecting you to the city centre 24hrs a day, and 3 minutes by feet to the beach! The room was big, the beds comfy the bathroom was great as it even had a bidet and the shower over a bath tub had the perfect water pressure! Everything was perfectly clean. The rooftop has a great view of the beach and I'm sure it's even better in summer when the pool is warm enough to swim in! Staff was great and really welcoming! I'm a plus size person and had absolutely no problem fitting on toilet, bidet or shower. The bed was sturdy and didn't even creak when I turned.

I guess the bath tub looked a bit dated but honestly it was clean and perfectly working so I don't see the problem.

Location was perfect for the SkateLove event which we were attending by the beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and continually restocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and bar were perfect to chill at after a long day out skating.

It would have been great if there was more shade available around the pool. To stay out of the sun I had to sit at a table at the bar area as there was so shade available at the loungers near the pool. The drinks at the pool were also quite expensive, although they tasted amazing! Would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Great location, staff were very helpful and nice. The beach is only a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop within 3-5 minutes walking that takes you straight to La rambla and into the city centre and the metro station of Poble Nou is about 10 minutes walking distance, there is also many restaurants near by. The rooftop pool is nice and our room was spacious, great coffee from the restaurant down stairs. Definitely recommend staying in this location, especially in the summer time.

Not much to dislike, it was a great place to stay.

We loved the location. We were at the Primavera festival which 20/25 min walk and an hour from Barcelonetta. The area Poblanou is amazing has some great Wee places on the Rambles, too many to choose from & a new local gin distillery-Corpen! Poblanou metro a 10 min walk..perfect. Staff were very helpful & friendly Hotel was clean & pool area on roof was ace with some amazing views of the ocean & mountains in distance. A great spot to cool down in pool when super hot! The pool towels were a bonus Because of some poor reviews made us anxious about the hotel but were very happy on arrival Realising the poor reviews were un-warranted View was decent as well could see the ocean ! Never have we ever! Wi-fi was better than expected .only dropped out once at 2am.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable & squeeked at slightest movement . Sounded like a camp bed 🤣

The staff were friendly and helpful Reception area really nice Breakfast gave a good range and variety. Never felt rushed with breakfast

Once you get out of the reception, the lift, corridor and rooms are dated Carpets and walls need some updating or upgrading.

The location is spectacular, 5 minutes walking from a peaceful beach. Also in close proximity with metro stops and bus stops, providing easy commute to parts of cities. The staff was really helpful. Our rooms were big enough and the facilities were good for a short travel. If stayed at higher floor, the views from the room would have been good. The hotel has a rooftop with a swimming pool, amazing to relax after a hectic day.

The breakfast options for vegetarians could be better, given the price they charge.

Good location, hotel was clean, albeit felt a little dated. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool a little on the cold side even for summer.

Noise transfer between rooms. We seemed to be surrounded by selfish noisy travellers, who at times screamed out windows, moved furniture around and just generally noisy and inconsiderate. I did mention this to the staff and it did seem to improve the situation short term but ultimately the construction of the hotel is not great for containing noise to the rooms.

The staff are fantastic in this hotel. So patient and helpful and genuinely friendly. The hotel has a great location near the best beaches and the small rooftop pool was an added bonus. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Towels were changed everyday and there was plenty of storage space. Big windows got plenty of light. Multiple options for food and drink although we wanted to be out so can’t comment on those. Complimentary water (with ice, mint and lemon) in the foyer. Close to the lovely Poblenou neighbourhood which is an oasis compared to the city centre! Poblenou also has a handy metro stop for going into the centre as well as loads of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Lovely atmosphere beachside too with people rollerblading and skateboarding alongside pop-up salsa dancing sessions

The last night was disrupted by noise from other guests including constant shouting and playing loud music for over two hours in the early hours of the morning. The staff did try to respond quickly but it seems they were not successful as the guests ignored them and the noise continued. Not the fault of the hotel but perhaps firmer action next time? Also some small details were not as clean as they could be - i.e. the phone had a lot of dust and crumbs on it and the same in the drawer - a shame when everything else was so clean! Also while the rooftop pool is lovely, the barman put on a playlist of the same songs on loop and kept turning up the volume again and again when it had been nice and peaceful before with little concern for those nearest the speakers
