The location was great - 3 minutes from the beach, 10-15 minutes from the metro station. A lot of supermarkets around. It was always quite around the hotel but a lot of activity happening on the beach like runners, cyclists, there was a football pitch where athletes were training etc. The room however was super small, there only room for one person to walk between the bed and the wall. It was being cleaned everyday which was super nice.

The location is great, anext to the nice beach, metro is 7 min walk. The area has many cafes and restaurants. The hotel is clean, the room is big and bed is comfortable. Also it was good to have minibar in the room. We liked everything.

Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.

I like mostly everything specially location. A few minutes walk from the beach.

There were constraction works right on the front beach in March 2024 when I was visiting, so it had affected my stay in terms of tranquility and a lot.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The hotel employees are very helpful and professional. The location is also good. It is accessible from the city centre. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Having the sea nearby was very joyful. The room was spacious and clean. When I arrived, a receptionist updated my room to a garden view, which was very lovely. The room had a kettle and a variety of tea, hair drier, mini bar, bath robe and slippers. A bottle of water that was provided from time to time. I bought breakfast and it was a good idea. There was a good variety of food, everything was tasty and fresh. Luis in the restaurant was very helpful in guiding me around the dishes and made a delicious cappuccino. Wi-fi in the hotel was good enough for my work and online meetings.

the location of hotel is very close to the beach and also has very good bus connections (bus H16) to plaza espanya/ plaza catalunya, bus stop 2mins from hotel by walking. metro station Poblenou is 10min by walking. in the complete hotel is very good/fast wifi connection. friendly and supported staff.

Location was good for me because I wanted a room overlooking the Mediterranean and not necessarily in the heart of "downtown." It took a short 10-15 minute ride on the bus or the metro to reach most major attractions. I liked the late afternoon strolls on the beautiful boardwalk. Staff were great and friendly. The neighborhood is nice and really safe. Great local food a plenty in the nearby Rambla del Poblenou (forget about the other "famous" Ramblas de Barcelona, where food is poor, prices are inflated, and pickpockets roam the streets).

Bathrooms need to be renovated and the sink needs to be lowered a bit.

The hotel is near to the beach and very accessible to public transport. Also few minutes walk from restaurants. The staff were also helpful and gave us recommendations on where to eat, etc. We had daily housekeeping too and kept our room clean and tidy.

Only downside is the AIRCON! It gets too warm during the night and the air conditioning system can barely get the room cooler. Could have made our nights more comfortable as we were mostly out all day. We haven’t tried their breakfast so we have nothing to comment. Overall our stay is pleasant and enjoyed the City of Barcelona a lot.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right near the beach and near some nice local bars/restaurants. The staff were lovely and we were even greeted by the manager to welcome us. I was travelling with 2 daughters and their friends and whilst one of the rooms was great - balcony etc, the room I was checked in to was really quite basic. But it was clean and had everything we needed so can't fault the hotel for that. Also the receptionist gave us great recommendations for the area to eat in the city that night, in the Gothic quarter, and this worked out well for us and our group. We wanted to avoid the overly busy tourist areas.

Really the only thing I could fault was the lifts. One wasn't working and the other took forever! But it was more of a nuisance than a real issue. Again I don't know whether there was a technical problem so can't really complain

The hotel staff are very nice, and very helpful, you have the option to get breakfast at the reception if you didn’t book it prior to arrival. We didn’t because we wanted to have brunch out during our stay. We stayed for 4 nights, they clean the room and would change towels whenever you want them to. They cleaned our rooms around 2 pm so keep it in mind of you go in and out of the hotel several times like we do, but maybe other rooms are before, but this didn’t interrupt our room cleaning. The hotel is very close to the beach and around 20 to 30 min away by transport from all attractions in Barcelona. We found the easiest to do is walk 7 min to Poblenau station and take L4 almost everywhere with different connections.
