1. The location is very good, right next to the Batllo House, with many restaurants nearby. 2、The staff is very welcoming. Every time we came back to the hotel they would greet us warmly. She even came out to help us get a taxi and open the door when we left in the early hours of the morning. I was very touched. It was a lady, unfortunately I didn't get to see her name. I will stay again if I visit Barcelona next time and remember her name！ 3. The room was fully furnished and even had new slippers and toothbrush.

Our room was allocated behind the lift, a very poor location. There was a loud noise in our room whenever the lift was running (you can imagine how often the lift was running). At first we always thought it was due to the nearby trains or underground etc. It was only on the third day that we realised it was the lift, otherwise we would have requested a change of room.

The location is great, an easy walk to all the main tourist attractions. The hotel is very clean and the Christmas Day lunch was delicious (so much food). The staff on arrival and during our stay were lovely. Thank you so much to the staff who worked Christmas Day. If you have any questions / concerns don't hesitate to call reception they are very friendly and helpful.

When we returned to pick up our luggage one staff member was a bit over the top but as much as she tried she did not ruin our stay.

I loved the place! I am very picky and there was everything I could ever wanted: the room was large enough for me (I traveled alone), it was very clean, the bathroom was large as well (I love spacious bathrooms), it was very warm in the room (I usually freeze easily), the bed was super-super comfy! The breakfast was very delicious! The location of the hotel is the best: I never use public transport and I could get everywhere on foot without spending too much time walking.

No disadvantages! Coming to Barcelona next time, I will definitely book this hotel: I can trust I will get the best service.

A very good choice to stay in the Eixample neighbourhood of Barcelona, near Passeig de Gracia and all the nice buildings and shops on this street. Walking to Sagrada Familia is also possible, with many nice patisseries on the way, for example. Very close to the metro station, too, and to Placa da Catalunya, where you can take the bus from/to the airport. El Corte Ingles also at Placa de Catalunya, with a nice cafe/restaurant on the last floor with great views.

Location was my main reason to choose this hotel. Right next to Passeig de Gracia with all the main sights of the centre within walking distance with underground and train stations also very close nearby. Restaurants and shops galore nearby. The hotel is a nice building which looks recently renovated. Room was nice with a good shower. Little fridge was quite handy. Breakfast was good. Price was good too taking into account the location. In all I would definitely stay again if in Barcelona.

There was a small issue with ants that got solved. Having lived in this area of Barcelona in the past, such things are not uncommon so it did not affected my opinion on the hotel.

Nice hotel, centrally located for exploring the city. The team is very friendly and multiligual. The room was comfortable and even had a small balcony, facing the not soo busy street. The bed was comfortable but it was two individual beds pushed together. There was acomplimentary bottle of water. The room was very clean. The shower was hot and with good water pressure.

I wish the bed had have one mattress, as I am very tall and need to sleep diagonal :-) Other than this, nothing to complain about!

The location was convenient and it was fun to walk around the neighborhood. We ate in one of the local restaurants. The room was comfortable and large enough for 3 people and we had individual beds. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage during our last day as we toured the city and returned later to pick up and take a taxi to the cruise port.

Very nice hotel Room: 5 stars excellent , lots of space, dustfree, clean and nice toilet/bathroom. Clean! Breakfast : 3,5 stars. Breakfast okay choices, also healthy choices . A bit variety would have been great. Minus point: the tables were too close, only 20cm difference between 2-persons table. First morning , we could not choose place but sit narrowly between others. A better solution would be to remove the round tables and replace it with more smaller tables and more space. And for lunch/dinner replace it again with round tables. Location: 5 stars! Close to the center and hotspots. Service: 4 stars. The service was nice, they answered all our questions nicely and always welcomed us when arriving/leaving. Only the day at arrival, we felt the welcome was okay and not warmly/interesting. But overall very good!!

Some of the staff working were nice and smiling. Generally good service. The location is very nice. just a few blocks away from the center Plaça Catalunya. There was bedroom slippers in the room which I appreciated.

Some of the staff working were not so kind and not smiling. The Housekeeping department staff and some of the staff working in the reception as an instance. Smiling face is one of the most important things in tourism and service sector. And if there was a thing to put the soap near the bethroom sink, it would be better.
