Central location. Excellent variety of breakfast items - great coffee. We asked for a kettle in the room and this was provided swiftly. Friendly, helpful staff.

Travelled as a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children, over 2 rooms. Asked for these to be next to each other, but we ended up with one on the 5th floor and one on the 7th.

There was some noise coming from the vents from the outside. The last day the reception book à cab for us and in the morning the new receptionist made us walk to the taxi stand saying they the cab can’t come to the hotel. Minor inconvenience it’s just that not knowing if you will have a cab for the airport when you travel alone with two kids is really anxiogenic😁

I mean I liked pretty much everything about the hotel it. The staff’s behaviour was questionable though. Our friends accidentally booked their hotel on the wrong dates and couldnt change their reservation. Since the hotel was full and they couldnt find a hotel in 5 minutes they left their luggages at our room and the receptionist acted like we were trespassing and said something about us in Spanis thesecurity

Location is excellent. Centrally located within 30 minutes walk from all the main city attractions, including LA Rambla, Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi buildings. There are literally dozens of restaurants and bars within a block or two from the hotel. Our room was very quiet and of a reasonable size. The breakfast spread in the restaurant is excellent with lots of choices.

A extra chair in the room would be handy for couples staying. Also a few more coat hangers in the cupboard would be appreciated.

The Exe Cristal Palace Hotel in Barcelona is a centrally located hotel on a quiet street just steps away from Plaza Catalunya, making it easy to access the metro and airport shuttles. The hotel is also within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants and shops, as well as the famous La Rambla. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is attentive.

The rooms could use some modernization, particularly with regard to the electrical outlets and lighting. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options for Western tastes, but may not be as suitable for Asian or Middle Eastern guests. Due to the tourism bubble, prices are quite high everywhere, and this hotel is no exception, which can affect the value for money.

location was excellent, there are direct trains to the airport and attractions just a few minutes away. Room was comfortable and facilities worked well

Our room was pretty dim as the window faces a wall and there weren't many lights in the room. Soundproofing wasnt great as you can hear people in the hallways and sometimes in the rooms next door, and the sounds of water pipes(?) from other rooms

Absolutely everything. It is a mix of modern and rustical style what blends perfectly. The hotel is located in the Barcelona center, close to many sightseeings. The manemant and staff are wonderful and very helpful as my trip got complicated and the hotel cancelled other stayings without any fee (at no cost) which is quite rare these days. All in all - 10/10.

The breakfast was good but the staff and the service was not good, we hadn't finished breakfast, just got up to get a coffee, the girl had cleaned the table and given to someone else, when we told we hadn't finished, she was given us a table far away Because it was 6 of us, but we didn't get to sit together 😔
