The hotel is nice overall and clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Location wise if you want something close to the beach it's great (5min walk). Room was nice enough with a nice view.

Overall value for money was barely ok. For what we paid I would have expected more. Hotel is located in a dingy neighbourhood, very dirty and smelly... Hotel facilities outside, especially the pool are a bit dated. Independent from the hotels control but still worth mentioning: the pool is full of kids running around at most time of day (not all of which seem to be people staying at the hotel) so forget using it unless you like being jumped on... Breakfast is not great for 14euros: barely any bakery left whether you go early or late, bacon barely cooked and eggs often lukewarm... Don't waste your time and go to Gabby's Brunch 2 streets away;)

Hotel Location and Room

Sound isolation was not so good enough. You can hear people when they on the corridor. And When the neighbors are leaving their room, the door closes very hard and causes tremendous noise and vibration. as they slam the door. It can wake you from your deep sleep

We loved everything about the hotel. We traveled with a 4 year old and everything went smoothly. The cleaning, staff and facilities were perfect. Clean room, great breakfast and nice staff everyday. Amusement park, beach, restaurants and public transportation just around the corner. Hotel, beach and neighborhood was stroller/disabled friendly. The only disappointing thing was that it said breakfast included on booking.com when we made the reservation, but we had to pay for it once we arrived.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The cleaning staff also did a great job on the rooms. The breakfast was also great, accommodating for vegans.

One of the few things I could fault the hotel for, was that guests somehow smuggled ashtrays from the smoking area into the pool area. The staff did sort this out once when I was there, but this was a daily occurrence. There needs to be more obvious and visible signs of no smoking, so that guests are aware and can’t pretend they don’t know the rules. I understand this is tricky because the staff want guests to be happy, but this was fairly annoying, but it did not overly affect our stay dramatically and we would stay again.

Breakfast excellent and all staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful with excellent English. The pool and whole pool area was well thought out with areas for everyone. The pool was a good size. We didn’t use the gym but it looked to be very well equipped overlooking the pool. There is a bus stop outside the hotel where the H16 bus takes you straight to the centre. Alternatively, is always at least one taxi waiting outside too. The taxis are reasonably priced. We used a combination. It odd a short walk to the local beach where you will also find lovely restaurants and bars.

The proximity from the beach was amazing-- could literally wake up, casually walk to the beach, jump in the water, then walk back to the hotel in one short span. Also the front desk people were so kind...especially my guy Alex! His enthusiasm for my adventures and the help he provided were definitely a source of joy during my stay.

I was excited for the gym then got there and was disappointed. Would have been better if they removed all the cardio equipment and that big resistance block and replaced it with some free weights, physioballs, and some resistance bands/TRX. Also, the hammam was broken during my stay. :-(

Overall the hotel was so lovely, we had our room upgraded when we arrived and the facilities were great would highly recommend. The staff are very welcoming and gave us some really amazing recommendations on places for food. Transport from the hotel into the centre couldn't be simpler with the bus stop just a tiny walk up the road, beach some restaurants and places for drinks also just a 5/10 minute walk away.

Breakfast was disappointing, I'd personally recommend skipping the breakfast included options as there are some lovely cafes and bakeries near by.

breakfast similar every day, on the 6-8s day it was annoying every day our key from room un-magneted and we had to go downstairs every time to recharge it

pool area was really slippy and dangerous for young children. also pool was not clean, green around the edges, could use a clean.

I stayed there with my family and we can’t fault the hotel or it’s staff. we just left yesterday in-fact. The rooms were comfortable (we have 2 children) so there was plenty of room for them to run around. Two things of note, whoever cleaned our room (534) was v caring and even put our childrens clothes folded back on their bed along with their toys. we tidied as we could but this was beyond what we would expect so thank you to that lovely person. We also came across a waiter (worked evening time ) in the restaurant, we never got his name but he was very jolly and great with the kids and very accommodating, even getting our youngest some strawberries which she loves, he was great and loved a chat. The staff in general we cannot fault, we had a great stay and would stay there again without hesitation.

We thought the food in the restaurant was average, could be a lot better but there are restaurants around (Sax cafe) down the road is a great Italian.
