All hotel looks really nice, rooms are clean and swimming pool at the rooftop really nice, but water was bit colder.... Breakfast delicious and Sangria in the evening at nice cosy terrace perfect....

Personal at the reception... really disappointed. we had to leave hotel at 6:30am for out flight... I asked two day earlier, if it's possible to get small paper bag with breakfast to take away at 6:30 - breakfast open at 7:00am...! respond: it's not possible, because our hotel doesn't do it... sorry... but we left at 6:30am.. not at 4am... it that time all is almost ready for breakfast- so I really don't understand, what is so difficult to put one apple with one croissant in paper bag... also two days earlier I asked if is possible to get taxi at 6:30 in front of the hotel to drive to the airport.... respond at the desk - No, our hotel does not provide such services... the reluctance and lax attitude of the receptionist discouraged us from returning to this hotel

The room was clean and had enough space. The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful. The location was great and we could easily walk or take the metro to all the places we wanted to visit.

The shower caused a lot of water to get on the floor so our towels were constantly wet from drying all the water that spilled out of the shower. The pool area was quite small and there were no towels so we did not use it. We thought we had breakfast included with our stay but it was not shared at check in so we did not use it.

Very family friendly hotel, decent breakfast, no extra charge for kids staying in the room, toys in the lobby. Somebody took a lot of time decorating. Also, they keep adding us with a cot at the end of the hallway, which has happened three times now booking with a cot - meaning they are putting people at the end of the hallway on purpose when they have young kins. It shows them trying to reduce noise issues for other customers. Considerate and well run hotel, returned for third time. Nice bartender made a caipirinha even though it wasn't on the menu

The bar could have some extra wine/beer options. The hotel seems to deal with cancelled Vueling flights, so when there are extra guests all of sudden it gets very busy in the lobby, and the staff and bar can't really cope due to many people eating the (free and provided) food.

The positive things are the location of the hotel and maids who clean daily.

1. At the accommodation I got a room with a view of a wall, and for an accommodation for 7 days it's a bit much to stay without seeing anything, after talking at the reception I got another room with a view outside. I think it should mentioned when you book the room, that it does not have a view or to reduce the price. 2. Breakfast is the same every day, nothing has changed about it, the same daily omelette. 3. After 12:00 PM, at the reception, the entrance to the hotel, they put a spray with the smell of unwashed feet, something terrible.

Brilliant location for a short stay. 100m from a Metro station where you can travel the whole city for a few Euro. 10 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to restaurants. 20 minute walk to the Marina and onto Las Ramblas. Great room, very comfy bed, blackout blinds were really effective, air conditioning was quiet and efficient, daily housekeeping service was unobtrusive. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and bar. Good quality breakfast buffet.

To nitpick, the room could have done with an extra waste bin and somewhere to hang towels, etc to dry. Storage space is a bit limited, but, heck, it's a budget hotel and more than met our expectations overall. Oh, and the chunks of fruit in the breakfast fruit salad were a bit large. First world problems!

The breakfast is really great! Are so much even if in general I eat little. Majority of the employees are very nice and helpful, some are really great at customer care :) They had small gifts for the kids when we arrived and I took it as a very thoughtful gesture. The location is amazing- 10 min walking to the beach. We walked as well many times to the city center and twice we even came from Gaudi park walking and it was a very nice walk back. There is also a subway just around the corner and that helped as well when we felt bit lazy to walk. Taxied are also cheap (we used Bolt and Uber many times as well).

I was expecting that the swimming pool is bigger - not that k spent too much time there burg the family, but seemed like it in the pics. It is smaller but nice though. We preferred the beach though since it really is amazing. As well the bed I was expecting that is a bit bigger, but we managed well even so.

Location and rooms were good. Metro is closeby. Taxis can called for by the front desk. Walking distance from La Sagrada Familia and Beach. Hotel restaurant is good. They provide complimemntary safes first come first serve basis as there are no safes in rooms. They also held our luggage for free as we arrived much earlier than checkin time. Safe location.

Breakfast was supposed to be included. Apparently Hotel doesn't have breakfast included in their rates. I had checked Free breakfast box when I booked the rooms plus put a note in the comment section. I did email booking.com about this and asked for reimbursement for the breakfast meals we paid for. and have not heard from them yet. That is disappointing. If I do not get refund from them I will not use booking.com in the future. This was not the fault of the Hotel per the staff.

Great modern hotel with everything you need for a few days' stay. It's quite conveniently located just a short stroll from local beaches, and also not too far from the centre. We would definitely stay there again and we already recommended the place to a few of our friends.

There could be a slightly more to choose from at breakfast. We stayed for a whole week, and we found it repetitive. But don't get me wrong - it was always fresh and really delicious!

Clean hotel in a good location close to a metro station. Staff were friendly, bar area and outdoor seating area were spacious and clean. Pool area on rooftop is nice, but as it is a small area there is limited seating (mainly deckchairs). A nice place for a drink at the end of a day. Rooms were good although can't be described as spacious. No safe or tea making facilities. Just a small area to hang clothes. A decent hotel for the price.

Nice hotel with homey atmosphere. Reception girls was very nice as well. We only spend there 3 nights but if we would have more time we would love to stay longer. Room was comfy, specious enough, everything there looks quite new. Nice roof swimming pool, we didn't use it at evening,but once at morning and water was surprisingly clean, although at some hotels it looks more like swamp. We were pleasantly surprised with long breakfast period. As we prefer to walk, we could estimate location as good,cause we were able to walk to the most sights. Beach are like 10 minutes walk away and you can find enough of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood.

Small fridge at the room would be nice bonus,but actually we didn't miss it too much,))
