The apartment was situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. A great location for bars, restaurants or simply strolling its quirky streets. It is also in easy walking distance to many transport hubs that proved to be an ideal base to explore this wonderful city. Bathroom and laundry facilities were great and the modern well kept kitchen would make any home chef happy. The building is secure and well kept and you also have a nice balcony to look out from. Communication with the staff was clear and prompt. Their offices are close to the apartment and they are also able to look after your luggage on the day of departure.

This apartment is really lovely. It's cosy and very comfortable in a great part of the city. Close to everything, yet peaceful at night. Spectacular views of El Born. I would highly recommend staying here. A perfect place to stay for a long weekend.

I thought it was a bit mean charging us extra because we didn't arrive until 9 pm. It's an automatic check-in which would have been exactly the same if we'd arrived a few hours earlier. It's not like anyone had to wait to meet us or anything.

The hosts were easy to work with and extremely helpful - you could even leave luggage at their nearby office. The location was quiet and peaceful as well as close to several nice restaurants, markets, other shopping, and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella. There was also a very interesting cultural center across from the apartment. It was an easy walk to the Metro and a train station for navigating Barcelona, very walkable to the main Gothic Quarter. The kitchen was well appointed and the W/D worked well. We didn't need the second bedroom but it is much smaller, more for a child.

It wasn't a huge issue but the split level was a bit tiring if you had to go up and down a lot. The shower was also fairly slippery and could use a mat to prevent falling.

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach, shops, park, Picasso museum, transport, live music restaurants

Just a small thing. Floor rug and couch covers in longe room need a good wash or replaced

The location was right within walking distance of Las Ramblas and many other sight seeing locations. We had plenty of restaurants and shops next to us. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a large terrace that we could enjoy. Checking in and out was very easy and we liked the option that we could safely leave our luggages in the offices while the flat was being prepared for us. The staff was very helpful, would definitely stay again

I cannot think of anything that I didn’t like about this property

The apartment have a fantastic location on a quiet street and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions and shopping. For us, two friends, was it perfect with two separate bedrooms. We visited Barcelona in the end of January and the heatingsystem was easy and quick. We did not use the terrasse due to the the weather, but no doubt is it great in the summertime while there is no sunshine at the backyard.

The singelbed was a bit to soft. It would have been nice with some oil, vineager and spices in the kitchen.

Fantastic location at the edge of the Gothic Quarter and a 5-10 mins walk to the beach and marina both. Nice open view across the roof of the BCC Museum/old market in the El Born neighborhood. Quiet street about 2 mins walk to bustling cafes, shops, markets, restaurants, Estació de França and the Parc de la Ciutadella. Smallish apartment (it is Barcelona near the beach - so to be expected.) but very well equipped for a family stay, including a full kitchen with full size fridge and washer/dryer. 2 mins walk to the #19 bus that takes you directly to Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia. The Metro stop is 3-5 mins away on foot.

Barcelona is humid as heck. It is like Miami. So, if you want a breeze, you might want to stay up in the hills and not down near the beach. Given that, the apartment has a nice, if small, breezy balcony for the evenings to cool off on.

A good, clean and well-set up place with good amenities (kitchen, washing machine, etc...) . Host was very responsive and welcoming. Although the apartment is in a very busy part of town, the bedroom has excellent sound and light proofing, so quiet and dark -- great for sleeping.

If you need to use the sofa bed in the living room be aware that that room receives a lot of the noise from the hustle and bustle on the street below. Fine during the day... could be a problem for sleeping.

A door code was provided for our out of hours arrival. The apartment is clean and well equipped (including a dishwasher and washing machine, which is great). The television had the option to select some English speaking channels and programs, which we appreciated. The location is relatively quiet - commercial, but so close to the gothic section (old town) and bars, shops, restaurants & museums that it was not a problem at all, and it was very safe and easy to get around. Also walking distance from Barceloneta, which was something we looked for. In all, Barcelona is a highly walkable city and we only had one taxi whilst there - apart from the taxi in and out of the airport.

The apartment was a little small for three adults, but it was adequate nonetheless and we enjoyed our stay.

Apartment is very well located, central but yet quiet area. Very clean and had all facilities that we needed during our stay. Fully airconditioned, secured, well maintained, clean and well equipped. Hosts were really nice, helpful and polite.

We had only one inconvinience. Our flights were early in the morning, while check in is at 15:00. We left our luggages at the office and went for a walk and lunch, came back at around 15:30 and unfortunatelly our flat was not ready for us to check in. They were still cleaning it, since the person before us checked out late. We were informed we had to wait another 30 to 40 mins, however, we were really tired and wanted to rest. We stayed in the already cleaned areas of the property while the cleaning lady finished. Property admin told us they will give us a complimentary bottle of wine for the inconvinience caused with the late check in, but we didnt recieve anything. Now, we do understand these things might happen, however, we were a bit disappointed with how the situation was hangled.
