Location was great in the heart of Born, the best and friendliest staff, and nice security at the door. Rooms were interesting with the shower inside but super cool! It was my home for 4 days and I loved it. <3

The slightly confusing layout with the beads, but I suppose it is a reflection of the Born neighborhood labyrinth. :)

They were very accomodating, the staff was very kind. The hotel had a cool, artsy vibe. It was located right near a bus stop, a metro station, and near a lot of restaurants. Besides breakfast, during the day a place you can go fill up on filtered water, coffee/tea, etc.

The A/C in our room barely worked. That was my main complaint, because it was very hot. The front of the hotel looks a little run-down, but it's not a huge deal -- just my first impression of the hotel wasn't great when I approached it at night, but I ended up really liking it overall.

We loved the balcony overlooking the interesting night scene below! The location was not central but was close to Picasso Museum and trendy restaurants in an emerging part of town. A bit of a funky decor but they had a great room on every floor with Nespresso machine and pods and free cold water to fill bottles.

Room could use a comfortable chair or two instead of the small stools.(I might be remembering this wrong). There is also an open glass shower attached to the room with bed so really only appropriate for a couple.

Sooo unique and cute. Lobby was like a shabby-chic living room at your best friend's. Made you you want to grab a book and a coffee or glass of wine and settle right in. Opens out to a sidewalk cafe so you can watch the world go by as you sip a cocktail and end enjoy a meal. We LOVED the additional sitting areas on our floor and found the tea and espresso stations very convenient. The huge couches and coffee table books were so inviting. Could hang there forever .

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable, luggage storage was helpful too! The location was great, lots of good food nearby

The shower is in the middle of the room half covered by a curtain, so recommended to only share with people you feel comfortable with.. the toilet isn’t private either. ( the layout of the bathroom is horrible and could easily be fixed/have a wall between the rooms. Also there was no safe which would have been ideal

Very original deco and interior design (not everyone's taste but it's good to change sometimes!) Location was just amazing. Very quiet room (inner courtyard) Check in was easy and smooth, this young girl was great

It looks like the finishes have not been done properly (toilet door, shower...) it all looked weird and unfinished. Furnitures were so so. Floor looked tired. Window door very thin.

the location is the biggest advantage just a minute away from the park, but unfortunately at the end of the street, going to the park, you have to pass by homeless people, often taking drugs, not a pleasant sight. the staff was helpful and I like that the room is different from what we’re all used to

no mini fridge, during a 6 day stay the sheets weren’t changed nor even once and I had to specifically ask for the change of towels. generally the room is not that clean, there was a lot of dust under the bed and mold in there shower

Cool looking hotel in a great location There's a full lounge with unlimited coffee, tea, snacks, cold water, ice etc The entire hotel occupies the second floor of the building

There's no real privacy for the washroom as it faces the balcony. A bit weird The WiFi is extremely slow and constantly disconnects. The staff could be friendlier The room could use some maintenance

This hotel is something special, staff were amazing, lovely little thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, looks great, comfortable big beds, recommend a balcony room, breakfast was absolutely fabulous, airport transfer easily arranged, chill out room was a great space. Perfect location. I never leave reviews but had to for this hotel we loved it.

Could do with investing in a better coffee machine, coffee tasted great but was a faff to use.

The location is perfect and very near the bus station which we had to use to get back to the airport. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful and the hotel itself is very clean. A suggestion is to tell guests to leave the card in the slot if you want the aircon to stay on. I do really like how quirky the hotel is and I remember it as good as it was when I stayed 3 years ago. I do think the string lights in the room are looking old.....but thats just my opinion.
