Compared to all the other hotels, Limehome is the best for that price. Everyday cleaning, nice AC, comfortable bed and pillows give you nice rest after your touristic day. I’d especially like to note fridge and iron in the closet. Nice to store food leftovers and ironing your shirts before you go out at night. Metro is a 10-15 minutes walk away and you can get everywhere. But I’d say that if your purpose is to visit beach everyday, it takes about 1hr to get there (including line switch and walking time).

I think they have to fix the water pressure in the shower. Takes a lot of time and effort to clean yourself whole standing under “drops of water”.

I especially liked that the hotel was in a quiet residential era, though close to cafés and the lovely, lovely quarter of Sarrià a couple of minutes up the hill from the hotel. There's a lot to see and walking to the tourist sites from there was great, as we're big walkers on city trips. If that's not your thing, you might want to consider getting a hotel a bit closer to the action. For us, it was perfect. Airport transport there and back was easy to manage, as well. We also enjoyed the coffee selection in our room and the common areas. Unlimited refills on coffee pods are always great :)

The only thing we'd have loved was ventilation in the bathroom. Everything else was really great. It got a little smelly after a shower, though was manageable.

Clean. Great neighbourhood. Small but the room has everything that you need for a city trip. But because the room is small you really have to be a minimalist with your baggage. For us it was not a problem at all.

The main entrance to the hotel was completely open the two nights we stayed in the hotel. Because there is no security staff this felt unsafe. The door is automatic and could not be closed manually. The price per night is very high but comparable to other hotels in Barcelona.

This Limehome is located in the Sarria St Gervasi residential suburb of Barcelona. It is an area with some nice restaurants and shops, but it is quite sedate and laid-back compared to the city centre. The premises was very peaceful and quiet. The in-house vending machine (soft drinks, water) was welcome and the price of the items was fair. While only there for two nights, the housekeeping service was both thorough and discreet.

I really wish Limehome would source some decent Breakfast Tea ... the herbal versions in the room (kettle supplied, etc.) are not real tea! I would like to see better labelling of the fridge's location, I would recommend that the fridge is switched on.

The location is perfect, in high quality zone of Barcelona, clean and calm. Nearby lots of local awesome cafes/restaurants. Very safe area. The hotel is clean, easy to find. Instructions were given clear and it was pretty easy to get in. It's comfortable, that everything's automatic, so you are very flexible on your check in and so on. The room has space enough for two, all is clean and neat. There was a welcome gift in the room, clean towels, coffee, little fridge and even iron! Amazing and so comfy for any trip you're making either for travel or business. The only thing is the bed was pretty soft for me, but I guess it's a matter of prefers. The hotel has a common area downstairs, as it would be a cowering space. I loved the place in general

Good soundproofing and quiet surroundings (both rooms were at the back of the building so very calm). Comfortable beds. Very clean. The cleaners even arranged the children’s teddy bears in a cute way when they made the beds.

As a family with young children we booked two twin rooms, one parent and one child per room (the hotel was aware of this). We received two rooms on different floors and on complete opposite ends of the hotel, which was logistically not so practical in our situation (the only good thing of this situation was that we could wave at each other through the window in the morning). Next time we will request rooms close to eachother. Rooms are not very big.

The lack of reception is an issue. There is no one to assist with basic questions - I asked for directions to the hotel from BCN airport and was sent a link to a bus company that was useless! When I complained, I got no further feedback. Every other hotel we stayed in in Spain was able to give us precise directions. Also, we could not leave our bags at the hotel prior to book in, because there is no reception. There were no blankets in the rooms and I had no one I could ask for one. Eventually we found a cleaner who assisted. Also, the rooms could do with a mini fridge, and in an our room the bathroom pipe was leaking - once again, no one we could report it to.

Public areas nice and clean. Beds comfortable and room was spacious for two for a few nights The Luggage storage service was good. Once the digital access was mastered, it was easy to get in & out.

There was nothing about public transport to/from the hotel, no taxi numbers or where/what number bus to catch. All this can be found on Google of course but it would be easy just to put up some information. Disappointing to have to communicate via a German WhatsApp. number, they could not answer local questions and I feel it took to long to get a response.
