Location was excellent - €30 from airport in cab that took 20 mins. Easy to get everywhere - opposite port easy access to beach and gothic quarters. Rooms were modern and very clean.

Accommodation is on first floor. Communal entrance is tired and unwelcoming to block. Not a great first impression. Was not impressed with initial welcome - asking why I had not filled in pre arrival forms. They had been retracted in email. Reassuringly someone arriving the following day rang whilst I was in reception and said the same thing. As a result, the chap softened and was super helpful and keen to please thereafter.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Clean and comfy Rooms near the seaside. Room had a fridge free to use and a good aircon. A wide range of Bars, Cafes, Restaurants and Shops are right around the corner or in walking distance. Also 2 Min walking distance to the Metro, 10 Min walking distance to the Beach.

There are Bars / Restaurants underneath at least some of the rooms, so it can be a bit noisy until around midnight. Which wasn't necessarily a problem for us, but I guess it might be good to know if you like to sleep early and/or are sensitive to noise.

The room was very clean and daily housekeeping was nice. Acces to the room was easy with a code and check in and out was seamless. They communicated beforehand to be ready for our arrival. It’s right at the port so a great location and lots of restaurants nearby.

We were travelling as a family and we like a quiet spot at night and because the rooms are right by the port and lots of restaurants, the downside is that you can hear it. Also, the hallways smelled like pot when we were there. This could have been just a one time issue with a guest in another room but again, because we were travelling as a family, it wasn’t a positive for us.

We picked this guesthouse mainly for the location, and it was an easy walk to the Gothic quarter as well as near a metro station for travelling further. The receptionist when we arrived was very friendly and helpful getting us all sorted with the keys, entry codes, WiFi and local maps. Our room was above a bar, but actually the windows were great at keeping out the most of the noise in the evening so we weren't disturbed.

The room was true to the description online, so the only disappointment really was that they don't have a secure luggage room on site to allow you to leave belongings and explore the area while waiting to check in or fill time before travelling home. However, the reception team did explain the situation before we arrived and recommended locker storage nearby which was helpful.

great location, a little noisy (we were already aware of this when we booked) but once you close the windows you can’t barely hear the bars. the receptionists were really nice, and although they don’t offer luggage storage after checkout, they recommend you an affordable place where you can leave your bags. the room is clean, and the area feels very safe, even at night. would definitely recommend.

Location is great! A walk to everything in Barcelona. I combine work and vacation so I have some times alone in the hotel, where they have Netflix, this is a plus for me.

There is no elevator, and the staff doesn’t care to support or even ask if I should be alright with all of my luggage. I paid for a price equal to other hotel but I was quite surprise after the booking to realize this is only a kind of airbnb. The staff even not very supportive in advice when I ask where to buy the sim card, the hotel is in the center of everything but she advice me to walk so far away to find a phone store, after spending times trying to find the store, I decide to head back to the hotel area and yes, I found the phone store with sim card.

The location was perfect for us as it is 50 feet off the waterfront street, the Ronda Litoral. We only were there for one night to catch a cruise ship, but the location allowed us to see some of the old town. We walked around a bit after we checked in. The area has many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. I'm an early riser so I was out strolling at 5 AM on the day of our cruise and spent 4 hours wandering about seeing some very interesting sights and revisiting the streets I walked nearly 10 years ago. The place was extremely clean, newly renovated with comfortable beds and a good bathroom with a large shower.

The room was a bit small. The hotel is located in a building housing other users, there is no street front lobby, which is a small second floor office and the door signage is too small, making the place hard to find.

Comfortable room in a great location. Friendly staff, we were able to leave our bags there while we had breakfast in a cafe close by.

It’s tricky to find, as it’s the first floor of a mixed use building. And parking is also tricky - we used the Telepark underground garage, less than 5 minutes walk, you can book online or get a ticket as you arrive, it’s inexpensive. Be aware that if you arrive in the evening, you have to pick up a keycard from the hotel Oasis, again less than 5 minutes away.

Very helpful receptionist who informed us that our room was available to move into early on our arrival day. All entry to apartment instructions clearly given. The location was excellent for access to ElBorn, Gothic area and close to the metro station. Approx 5 min walk to marina area. I would gladly stay here again.

Pillows were a bit hard for my liking. And there was no lift ( elevator) .but,it was on first floor, so it was easy to access
