Being on the first floor was Brilliant and the location is amazing.Staff were superb and great security for getting to your safety dep box and storing suitcase. Amazingly clean and fresh towels nearly every day.

Wasnt the best breakfast. Beans were cold.Bacon was very Spanish mainly fat and cold. Great coffee though and you could get toast and boiled eggs and meats and cheese which did enough to fill a hole.If you want a good English breakfast they are loads of places in afive min walk under 6 euro

Superb. Basic, comfortable accommodation but it's all you need slap bang in the centre of old town Benidorm. Literally step out into a bewildering array of cafés and restaurants. Only a stone's throw away from the beach and 5 mins (max) from Tapas Alley. Just book it. You'll love it. We did.

Location is spot on. Exactly in th heart of the old town. Super close to the beach. The reception staff are kind and helpfull. The rooms are spacios as well as the bathrooms. Its a 3 star hotel and the furniture indicates that, with a decent mattress.

The smell in the toilets. I think its the sewers. Breakfast even if it's cheap its terrible, not worth taking it. Never had sweet scrambled eggs or sausage that tastes worse than cat food. I dont know what they do to the coffee at the machine, but even that one is funny tasting. Beds are 2 singles put together, so as a couple you can end up sleeping in the middle wooden part.

Location great, but still not a lot of noise. Staff very pleasant and friendly. For a 3* it was more than I expected. Didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment. Would definitely book again.

Location very central to all shops bars etc, couple minutes walk to beach, staff friendly, pub on site for breakfast, room cleaned/towel change daily, good size room. Heater/air con above bed very good

Didn’t pay for a balcony so only had a window which overlooked a wall so room was quite dark, no hairdryer or kettle etc in room.

Centre of everything but not to much noise from out side. Reception very helpful. Had the 6 euro breakfast one day. Worth the money. Friendly staff there also. Our room was big clean. And a nice balcony

People coming in at night closing their doors lots of echos Wont stop me staying there this year.

Clean, comfortable, central to everything. friendly professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A great stay and extremely good value for money. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.

Having to leave

Location was great room was nice cleanness was good I would of liked a fridge and kettle in the room

No fridge or kettle Breakfast was shocking took one look and walked back out I have seen better hospital food

A little dissapointed this time you needed to be on time to get some.

Possibly extra staff the waitress on duty was trying very hard to accomodate everyone. I appreciste the cut backs this may prove detrimental. I do intend to stay again though. The particular room i had i struggled to use the toilet. I am not over weight broad shoulders.

The location of the hotel was great very central and although in the middle of bars and restaurants it wasn't noisy. The hotel itself wasn't noisy either. Breakfast was good.
