ideal location in the heart of Benidorm old town

Room 500 was very large comfortable bed and very well furnished the breakfast was continental but perfect for us the staff were very friendly. Free soft drinks in the mini bar every day

Breakfast was a nice Continental with a selection of juices, teas and a great coffee machine. There was a selection of pastries and tea, coffee on offer throughout the day and the mini fridge was supplied with bottled water and cans of soda which were free. The hotel was in a great location the room was on the small side but had everything that you needed and it was extremely clean. The bed was amazing and the pillows - I need them at home! The air conditioning worked really well. All in all a lovely, clean, modern and friendly hotel.

Excellent! Modern,clean, stylish and ideally situated for both Old Town and Beach front. Family run, complimentary soft drinks and pastries all day. Fridge and safe in rooms. Numerous bars and restaurants on the doorstep.Large Consum supermarket very close.HIGHLY recommended.

Hotel is in a pedestrianised area, with nearest secure parking a couple of hundred metres away in a multi-storey. €21 overnight. Make sure your case has wheels.Some noise from the bars late on. Neither issue the hotels fault, and will not dissuade us from visiting again.A lovely stay. All part of the Old Town ambience.

Super location, comfy and clean room with air conditioning and private bathroom. Fridge in the room was always restocked with water and soft drinks, it was a lovely touch. Coffees and teas available all day for no extra charge. Good choice of breakfast. And last but not least all staff members were super nice. Cannot recommend it highly enough. I would definitely stay here again.

An excellent hotel - at a wonderful price. Exceptionally clean rooms with everything that I needed within. Beautifully comfy bed... Just a perfect stay on the edge of Benidorm's old town. Really grateful that I was able to check in early as well given I arrived into Benidorm earlier than expected.

Very little - Wifi didn't want to work on my laptop - but worked well on my phone. Suspect that might be down to user error on my part though.

Breakfast OK , staff exceptional Helpfull Clean tidy . Decent location , a little noisy from side street bars & eateries. But on te whole xcellent

Apart from noise below , nothing hotel staff & owners very kind helpfull .Rooms cleaned on time anything you asked for it was sorted , Good work from all . old cliche if it's not broke don't fix it. My first stay Be returning .

The locatiom of the property was great for getting to the beach, restaurants and shops in Benidorm. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, intimate and the buffet breakfast was great. The hotel staff could not do more for our comfort.

Street outside the hotel where there was a bar was a bit noisy but what can you expect, this is Benidorm!

The hotel staff made a special effort to dress the rooms with Christmas decorations. The complimentary champagne and soft drinks were the icing on the cake. Plenty of variety for breakfast.

The sliding door on the shower was too noisy and rickety.the tv remote needed new batteries.

Continental breakfast was perfect, the rooms where clean,roomy and comfortable they where also tidied every day The location is great for both beaches shops and great restaurants and little bars really relaxed atmosphere and if you want a change you could head up to the nightlife about 15 minutes walk
