Friendly staff. Serviced rooms daily if required. A nice more traditional hotel. A bit of character. Good choice for breakfast. Good aircon and wifi. This was my second stay at Santa Faz. Hoping to stay again in the near future. Excellent location for the bars, beaches and shops. Thank you.

Slightly noisy as local bars were opened late for Pride weekend. However, close the window, aircon on, problem solved. It is central to the old town so great to people watch

Great location in the middle of the old town

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and the location and the staff are excellent and very accommodating. The room that we had was starting to look but tired with scuffs on the wall and with only one halogen spot light in the bathroom it left the whole shower area very dim. That being said we would stay again as the other rooms that we have had were if better standard

Location is excelent just a few mins to the shops,bars and eateries. about 10mins to the beach. The staff were so helpful, polite! The lady who checked me in went above and beyond as i hired a fridge she was the lady who brought it to me and checked it was fully working.. The maids were so polite and im sorry my Spanish is not as good as theirs but i managed to ask them questions without any problems. There were two amazing male members of reception staff who speak amazingly good English and NOTHING was to much trouble for them & down to the smaller bloke who liked to keep us all safe by keeping the door locked. (just not good when u needed the loo)

For me the breakfast was discusting! i only went the once!! i couldnt eat anything from the hot counter nor the high fat, high sugar table with the sweet cakes covered in chocolate. The cold meat (1) cheese (1).. i was so looking 4ward to trying the local cold meats, cheeses and fresh breads for breakfast so i went to other food outlets away from the hotel.

The location is outstanding and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was old and could do with a lick of paint but was clean. Can't complain for the price. Breakfast was varied. They gave us a family room which was very big.

It's an incredibly noisy hotel. The sound of the neighbours flushing the toilet woke us up early every morning and kept us awake. So don't book this hotel if you want to sleep in or rest. The hot breakfast items (bacon, egg, sausages...) were stone cold but I'm unsure why because the hot plates were boiling.

The location was absolutely perfect for being central to the bars, shops, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. I liked that it was smaller and friendly. All staff awkowledged you with a good morning, afternoon etc. Cleaning staff worked hard and room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Helpful and friendly reception staff who worked hard and even served drinks at meals times. I would stay here again for sure.

Just wish there was more choice for the meals. A little too noisy in the rooms, from neighbouring rooms and some air con units outside my room. I did read the other reviews and ear plugs were a god send, although I wasn't actually disturbed by outside noise.

Located right in the middle of the old town, so everywhere is in easy walking distance. The room was cozy, clean, and disinfected regularly, with fresh towels every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, and were always available. Breakfast was also great, and with a coffee machine that makes really good coffee (in a lot of Spanish and Italian hotels, it tastes like mud). Also, I had a long journey to get there, with multiple flights, so I was really appreciative of the possibility to check-in early, and to be able to leave my bag in a locked luggage room on the last day. Overall, it was better than I expected, and incredible value for money. My brother usually stays there when he goes to Benidorm, I definitely WILL stay there again.

I was travelling alone, so it was perfect for me, but women usually need more space for their hundreds of suitcases, so it would have been a bit small for my girlfriend =o) And the dining room is quite small, so you really have to get there early for breakfast, or you will have to queue for a while.

The reception staff were exceptionally personable, I remember Carlos being particularly approachable and friendly. While I was sitting in reception area he sorted out a couple of issues for other guests, and being very polite throughout.

Wasn't too keen on the low bed and mattress in 206, ended up with a sore back each morning.

An excellent hotel for our Christmas stay 2023. We could not believe the amazing value for money. The room was spacious and very clean, and even got chocolates from the clearer each day. Located as central as you can get, with all the popular bars right on your doorstep. The beds were very comfy too. There was a good array of food available for all meals, and although not included the drinks prices were very reasonable, only €4,50 for a descent bottle of Rioja.

We did have a small leak in the bathroom and due to the time of year finding someone to fix it was a little difficult, but the staff dealt with it amazingly, keep us up to date and it was fixed by Boxing Day.

Not generally allowed to take drinks or food up to room however staff did oblige with couple of glasses as long as were brought back down again, which we did as courteous visitors. It also cost 3 euros per day to hire fridge and a 10 euro deposit, the fridge didn't really work. It was also 10 euro deposit for safe and 3 euros per day to hire. Also we were supposed to have had a free airport taxi through booking .com on arrival at Alicante Airport as we booked this property however as soon as we landed I had a text to say that this had been cancelled with no options to re arrange or any contact info.

The reception staff are excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Great selection at breakfast. Good location deep in the middle of the old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the famous white balcony is only a few steps away

Old toilet system, very noisy to flush. Can hear others flushing in other rooms, needs an upgrade. Otherwise, no complaints at all.
