We were in room 103 , with a small semi circle balcony(which I requested ) the views were amazing .

Just not having a pool.. which I already knew about.. and they don’t have the space ..

I would highly recommend Gastrohotel Boutique RH Canfali to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing hotel experience. The hotel combines rustic charm with modern amenities, located in the heart of Old Town, Benidorm just a short walk from the city's charming tapas restaurants and cafés. Also close by is the spectacular Church of San Jaime and the Balcón del Mediterráneo viewing platform. The hotels` rooms are decorated in a warm contemporary style, the beds are comfortable and dressed in crisp, white linens; the bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and high-quality toiletries. I stay at Gastrohotel Boutique RH Canfali regularly, this time for two nights in January. As always, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very secure for a solo traveller. Check-in was straight forward, the staff are always friendly and helpful – they went out of their way to make sure that my stay was enjoyable.

The location is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was first class (with so many options to choose from). There is a lovely jacuzzi and seating area on the roof terrace with views of both beaches. The cava welcome drink, daily coffee and cakes in the reception area are very nice touches. Beach towels can be picked up at reception for a refundable deposit. The staff were very attentive and the smallest complaint we had was dealt with speedily and professionally.

There was nothing to dislike

It was perfect for me. The location for the Old Town and views were great and the breakfast was amazing. It has a roof terrace with a hot tub.The room was small but comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I visited Benidorm. It’s not the cheapest but it’s nice for a couple of nights. The staff are very friendly too. The check out was midday.

Nothing really. A light didn’t work in my room. The water on the fridge was €2 for a very small bottle but €2 for a big bottle at reception. If you book via B ooking they will ask you to pay the first night in advance. I got a link to my phone but thought it was spam so deleted it. I then checked with the hotel and they confirmed it was real. Just in case it takes you by surprise.

Absolutely lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it. It was immaculate in all areas, food was excellent and staff couldn’t do enough to help. Complimentary refreshments at the reception at all times, roof top bar at night is a must, bedrooms were wonderful, we stayed in a double city view room and had plenty of space. The cleaners came in every day and there’s a mini bar in your room which is reasonably priced. Stunning views and right next to the bar old castle grounds which is so beautiful. Would 1000% stay again

Not a complaint about the hotel more of a heads up, the transfer coach can’t access the hotel so there’s a meeting point 5 mins from the hotel. You can either take the steps up from the beach (not easy with luggage just FYI) or you can walk up the hill. I would recommend getting a cab from the meeting point if you can’t walk far which is about €3-€4 from the taxi rank.

AMAZING location, everything you need, spectacular views. Great shower. Comfy pillows. Nice roof terrace with jacuzzi (could be a little warmer though)🤔, nice presentation of breakfast...! Terrace in restaurant is amazing if you can get a seat.😁. Room cleaned daily 😁free coffee and cakes in reception 😁

Room very very noisy due to being near staff room (I presume), constant banging and scraping and dragging of furniture 😔a bit annoying after a few days, an alarm was going off every morning around 7 for upto 20 minutes at a time somebody's phone left in said room...?? BREAKFAST..... great choices but if going for a hot breakfast it's always cold and I mean freezing cold, the mushrooms were raw one morning, English is not so good so got a few things wrong, impossible to get a HOT coffee 🤷. Restaurant is pricey but ok if you are given a 40 euro voucher to use otherwise I personally would not recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay. We were a bit worried about staying at Benidorm but this hotel is in the Old town and was perfect for views location etc. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was amazing. The room we booked was a bit small with no balcony or sea view but we new that before we booked but it was a lovely room and super clean. There is no pool but the roof terrace was always quiet and we lay in the jacuzzi looking out at the amazing views! I can't fault this hotel at all and will definitely come back.

Excellent location, waves beneath the balcony, central location for both beaches and amenities, not far from Tapas Alley and other bars, close to the canfali and beautiful views. Staff lovely. Breakfast was very good, large choice from a large menu so you should be able to find something that suits you, and if not just ask they were very accommodating. Nice touch in the reception with coffee/cake/fruit so you could take a cake to your room to have with coffee on the balcony. Nespresso coffe maker in the room, just ask for more pods if you run out.

Very noisy with slamming room doors, but sort of expect this with all hard surfaces. If you want a sea view and/or a balcony then be specific when booking, otherwise you won't get it.

Great hotel with fabulous views over Benidorm. Clean comfortable room with sea views. Polite, friendly and professional staff in all areas of hotel. Lovely breakfast area with outside terrace. Breakfast was very good with generous portions. Roof terrace was amazing with lovely views over both beaches. The location was a short walk to the Benidorm "crazy" bars area but in a quiet location. No noise at night. We hope to return soon.

Nothing to dislike.

Hotel is well placed; next to a nice beach and it has a great view over the sea and the bay. The hotel is reachable by car but it's tricky as you have to pass trough small pedestrian zones and many one way streets. The hotel proposes parking places in a public parking located 3-5 min away from the hotel at a reduced price. The hotel is clean and the people was very nice. The A/C in the room worked well. We had the front sea view room with nice balcony on the top floor and we recommend it! The hotel has a great restaurant with a big balcony overlooking the sea and the beach (very nice in the evening to eat or have a drink). Food in the restaurant is great in the evening, big choice of starters, and good quality. Note, thanks to its location and quality of the food, the restaurant is quite popular so make sure that you reserve your table in advance.

Breakfast portions are big but the offer and quality could increase in order to match the rest of the restaurant excellent proposals.
