Choice excellent for breakfast. Room lovely. Evening meals excellent. Cocktails and wine excellent. Location in old town and view from hotel of Benidorm. Short walk to bars and tapas alley, paella in the market area good.

Freak accident and loosing phone between steps to Jacuzzi. On asking reception on two occasion, if anything can be done to retrieve it. Not helpful just looked puzzled. There was a hatch area to side of housing of the jacuzzi, that we observed. But we didn't as we want to try and open it, as we maybe accused of any damage.

Hotel is well placed; next to a nice beach and it has a great view over the sea and the bay. The hotel is reachable by car but it's tricky as you have to pass trough small pedestrian zones and many one way streets. The hotel proposes parking places in a public parking located 3-5 min away from the hotel at a reduced price. The hotel is clean and the people was very nice. The A/C in the room worked well. We had the front sea view room with nice balcony on the top floor and we recommend it! The hotel has a great restaurant with a big balcony overlooking the sea and the beach (very nice in the evening to eat or have a drink). Food in the restaurant is great in the evening, big choice of starters, and good quality. Note, thanks to its location and quality of the food, the restaurant is quite popular so make sure that you reserve your table in advance.

Breakfast portions are big but the offer and quality could increase in order to match the rest of the restaurant excellent proposals.

Waiter served breakfast on the much vaunted restaurant terrace with its fabulous sea views sets the day up. We had a room with terrace and would advise that. Situated on a rocky outcrop in the old town with many of the historic / much visited locations nearby, Just a couple of minutes walk to a couple of safe beaches or to all the bustle of the town. Excellent and varied dinner menu justifies the hotel's name tag.

Our room had a small bathroom which required the sink to be outside in the bedroom. We found this a hassle.

Cannot fault this hotel. Best in class. Staff very helpful special thanks to Albert on the front desk really happy and helpful. Also the breakfast staff delightful Best breakfast experience ever Top Quality Very clean, fresh towels provided every day. The whole complex was so clean,beautiful smell on entering. Perfect location very quiet. Did not have to pay for Safety deposit box most hotels charge.

The quiet reading area would have been better partitioned off from the reception area. Kettle in room was provided when asked, as us Scottish people like a cuppa. The coffee machine was brilliant and topped up every day with fresh coffee took a bit of time to work out how it operated

Location, Staff, Bed and pillow comfort, room location (balcony over the cliffs) showers, all excellent and reason for us to stay here again when we next visit in august.

The only hole I can pick is in the wifi - it is very 'clunky' and 'old-school' so not easy to just click and connect. Once you physically connect to the wifi on your phone or laptop, you then have to go to a webpage (which does not always load) to log in manually. In addition to this, it does not stay connected so you are forever having to re-connect which meant in the end it was better for me to just use my mobile phone data. Because everything else was so perfect, I would have thought the wifi would have been easy and super-slick but this is the only negative I can think of.

Check in lacked info, to see the menus you had to scan a QR code please also have a paper copy. they had regulated the Air con so that it was eco friendly so it would only go down to 19 which is fine but I’m sure it never got close to that.

The warm welcome , from the start we were made to feel welcome, the hotel always had an amazing floral smell, everything was explained to us , staff spoke very good English and showed genuine interest in our well being. The room was clean and a decent size, good size TV and nespresso machine and fridge in the room, nice quality toiletries and we were lucky enough to have a free upgrade to a sea view , complimentary glass of cava with our evening meal, food was amazing and everything we had hoped for, great location. We will definitely return again. Thank you for a perfectly amazing stay.

Towels were a little rough and quite thin.

Lovely hotel on the beach in the old town, tapas alley only 1 minute to walk. Very clean, breakfast was good quality (all made to order) and the bar was reasonably priced. We had a sea view room with balcony that had amazing views. Sun terrace on the top floor was good but hardly used. Levante beach a short walk away. Considering the location it felt very quiet in our room which was great - although we weren’t there at the weekend. Reception and bar staff really helpful.

There’s no pool which we knew before we booked so not the hotels fault. The beach was lovely but too hot at 35’ - again not the hotels issue and fine if you love the heat and a beach rather than a pool.

it has a lovely location , right on the cliff side. it’s out of the way from all the noisier places. we liked that it was quiet but handy for everything we wanted to do.

The hotel has an excellent terrace, however no sunbeds for lying on due to space restrictions. it was also disappointing that the roof terrace bar was not manned. I also thought the bathroom, although very nice, could have done with some shelves/spaces to put toiletries. on the whole, beautifully clean, lovely hotel with fabulous food and very helpful staff. will definitely stay again.

this place is great if you wish to stay somewhere quieter, away from the typical madness of Benidorm. Staff in the restaurant and reception are very friendly (definitely go for breakfast and also enjoy at least one dinner in the DVora - it is a must. If you fancy a great drink in a quieter sophisticated bar, La Pineta is a walk away and offers amazing selection of drinks (very friendly guy called Geronimo in charge here). Walking more towards the right when facing the beach takes you to some nice, quieter places to drink and eat, on your left from the hotel you can get to the new town which is very wild and lively. it’s worth to mention that If you drive a car to the hotel, you may find it difficult to navigate due to the one way system around the area.
