congratulations to all the staff at Magic Cristal park from reception to, bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners you were all highly professional super friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble. the rooms were just fantastic and the bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up in the mornings. with several on-site bars to chose from and open from 09:00 - midnight and 2 restaurants serving Breakfast, lunch and dinner including more snacks throughout the day was perfect for us and the roof terrace and pool was a fantastic place to spend a few hours.

Location, price, great friendly staff, clean and efficient, food has improved. Receptionist from Columbia, I call her Miss Columbia was a true ambassador and credit to the hotel, thanks for your help to all staff.

Food has still someway to go, very Spanish themed and I knownits a Spanish country and Spanish Hotel but should cater more for the British holidaymaker, gold cards were no longer given and are chargeable.

We we're very happy during our holliday at Magic Park.Everything was just cool.I was here back in 2011 and I would come back anytime.Excelent people and service food during all day long

The "gym" is like 11 years ago : execrable.I really feel bad to write this but is the real truth.The restaurant could be a little cleaner but overall I am very pleased.

good location, nice room near the pool with big balcony - loved the outside seating and the roof terrace And pool - room was well cleaned every day - good being able to hire towels for the pool

we as English felt a bit segregated from the Spanish as all our entertainment was down in the magic bag tight in the basement food a bit disappointed this time - Luke warn and limited prepared fresh fruit - no Sandia melon any day all inclusive drinks didn’t include cocktails or premium spirits like on our last visit restaurant a bit like a canteen, very busy and hectic

Very Helpful staff, espeacially Miss from Colombia reception staff very professional, curtious. Hotel has great location

Food has also improved since our last visit in October. Didn't get free gold card automatically this time unless you paid extra

I didn't really enjoy thr breakfast but to be honest, we don't really do breakfast anyway

The breakfast... the fry up was not that great, but there was a good selection of fruit, yogurts and continental items

Nice , clean, comfortable room, efficient room cleaning. Lovely warm pool and roof bar for relaxing. Good food and plenty of it available most of the day/evening. Plenty of fresh fruit and salad. Helpful staff working hard to make your stay enjoyable. Few mins to shops and beach

Not very near the bus services. I gave the bar a miss because it was quite busy and wanted to reduce my covid risks

Location, price, friendly staff, food improved. Reception staff were great and Miss reception staff from Columbia was a tonic for the hotel and a great ambassador.

Still seemed very Spanish orientated amd I know it's a Spanish Hotel.

Plentiful and tasty food with lots of choice.

The faff of deposit for the reusable glasses at the pool bar. Although the environmental concept is great, I wasn't offered the option of paying for the deposit at check-in, and had to go from floor 7 to zero and back when I wanted the first drink. Should have been organised at check-in. The food should be better labelled. It was hard to tell whether foods contain dairy. Although I don't have an allergy I don't normally eat dairy products. Labelling would help.

The hotel was in a good location value for money excellent choices at meal times good wifi connection good entertainment for the family
