The warm welcome from Alberto. He was always smiling and very helpful as were the other members of staff. Someone manning reception from early until about 5pm. Card access from then on. It feels very secure. The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk into the hustle bustle of the old town with everything it offers yet it was quiet. Beach and beautiful promenade just a 5 minute walk away. It was spotless. It had a good kitchen (with kettle, toaster and microwave), living area and came with a small balcony with sea view (room 701). We enjoyed having meals out there. The beds were very comfy. Quality bedding. Proper hairdryer. Iron. There was good aircon. The power shower was amazing. Storage space was good. And a large long mirror in the bedroom which is always a plus for us. There was a safe for our valuables. No extra charge. We felt very safe. Large supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. Oldest English pub in Benidorm just across the road (Vincent's) who do good food if you don't fancy cooking. And of course many wonderful tapas bars around. We had a late flight but were able to leave our luggage there and make the most of the last few hours in Benidorm at no extra charge. We are currently looking at booking again we loved it so much.

Could have done with a wine bottle opener but apart from that nothing to report. Maybe should mention the walk up to the apartment from the promenade is about three blocks up. We didn't find it a problem but for someone with mobility issues it may be a bit of a challenge.

reception was closed when we arrived but the pre-arrival communication was excellent and we had no problem gaining entry, the apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessley clean, towels were changed twice a week and bedding once, we have stayed in apartments when neither have been changed at all. the guys on reception were very helpful and friendly. Very close to many bars and restaraunts, beach 5 mins. away comfy beds and plenty hot water.

The only downside is quite an important one, The AC and the cieling fan in the bedroom were very noisy. we didn't actually need them but if some one in a room nearby switches their cieling fan on in the middle of night the noise from their fan will and did wake us up several times ( i am usually quite a sound sleeper and not much will wake me). I feel a bit guilty writing this as our stay there great, but the fans need replacing. The AC is probably fixable. Sorry

We really enjoyed our first trip to Benidorm staff very friendly place was small but spotless we had no view but our balcony was a real sun trap, location was very accessible to beach two blocks down the road old town tapas alley, g and t alley very close, good kareoke bars near by if u fancy that and plenty of entertainment on the new town, can't say we eat anywhere twice as your choice is endless

bedroom very small felt a bit closed in, beds were comfy though and had air-conditioning

We arrived later in the evening, when there was no reception staff but could still enter the building using the app. Next day greeted by amazing staff who really looked after us for the 2 weeks we were there. Room was a good size for 2 of us and being able to see the Sea from the balcony was a great addition

My only 2 small issues were no ‘Do Not Disturb / Service my Room’ cards for the door and the second which is a little unavoidable is being able to hear people stomp around above or below. Both of which are not major issues

- The location is perfect: the apartment is in a quite neighbourhood and still absolutely central and close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars (2mins walking distance) - Very close to the beautiful Old Town of Benidorm and also close to the beaches - The staff at reception were all friendly and helpful, as well as the cleaners - Air Conditioning was working perfectly fine - good to know for people who travel with kids: the closest beach has less waves due to wave stoppers and therefore is also suitable for disabled people

- The bathroom is very small - the view is not nice at all

Fantastic location, close to the beautiful Old Town and about 15/20 minutes walk (a very pleasant walk) into the main strip/central benidorm. It was spotlessly clean. The apartment was stunning 😍 we had the penthouse. Very spacious, had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms. The showers were powerful and lovely. The view from the balcony was incredible. Such good value for money and cannot fault the apartment at all. We had a late check in and were provided with an app that let us in with an electronic key, this was really good and easy to use. We had very little to do with the staff, as they are only there 9am-5pm, but in my dealings with them they were very lovely and friendly. Highly recommended and if I visit Benidorm again, I will stay here.

Nothing. It was fabulous

Excellent stay here for the whole of March. We were on floor 6, facing south, and had a view of the Med over the roof tops. The location in the old town, excellent. Great staff, nothing is a problem for them. Immaculate throughout with regular towel and linen changes. We would absolutely stay there again and will recommend it to others who we know. Thank you Ribera, it was a fantastic choice for us...

The apartments have a lift with access to the rooms as we were up on the 7th floor. Our balcony was a little sun trap to sit on all day if you wanted to. The location was good, situated on a quiet street within walking distance of bars and eateries. No evening noise which was great. The Mirador Del Castell was around a 7-8 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like about these apartments, all was well for our 4 day visit :)

Everything about the apartment is great. It was a great price and in a very good location, nice and central without being noisy. The staff were so helpful to us as our trip was delayed and they made arrangements so that we could still access the apartment very late which was brilliant after a very long day. It was really well equipped with everything you could need and everything seemed brand new. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would come again. Thank you so much.

Nothing to dislike.

Met by the lovely team, great location, clean rooms and made to feel very welcome. Only our 2nd visit to Benidorm and we fell in love with the Old Town. Would def return to Ribera apartments in the future.

There was abs nothing we didn't like. A couple of tweaks to the apartments could be made. Poss a little info/welcome pack in the rooms about the surrounding areas would be nice. As myself and my best friend visited and admittedly being women we had alot of clothes etc so poss more hangers, a lack of hooks and drawers so adding these might be helpful as the dining room table became and area for bags and all our odds and sods. All in all a great stay and we would def return in future.
