Arrived at the hotel some hours before ordinary check-in time, but the lovely lady at the front desk let me check in right away. Had requested a corner room "high floor", and that's exactly what I got,- on the 17th floor! The apartment was clean and spacious, and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning! It took less than five minutes to walk to the shopping streets and restaurants, and a couple of minutes more to the beach. In other words a perfect location indeed!

I'd love to stay at La Era Park again, but not as long as they only provide "hard" sunbeds by the pool... Besides there should be some info sheets in the apartments,- e.g. regarding breakfast, bar services, cleaning etc. I stayed for five nights, and housekeeping came only once during that time.

La Era Park totally exceeded expectations! The value for money is 10/10. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious enough for 4, the shower was powerful and the balconies were large and sunny. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful too. We really liked the location and was well situated in between the strip and the old town. We were a group of 12 girls for a hen do and it was perfect. The hotel bar was good value for money and plenty of beds around the pool. I would definitely return if I was back in Benidorm.

The staff, Angela and Christina are a credit to the hotel. Absolutely brilliant, other staff members also very helpful and friendly but didn't catch their names. Made our stay memorable. Thank you so much. Oh and contrary to some of the reviews our breakfast was delicious, piping hot and cooked to order. That poor chef had all those 50 lads, plus us and did us all proud. Thank you so much 💕

We got there just after a party of 50 Welsh rugby lads. So check in took a while. But reception did a fantastic job. Our room was a bit cold but we were fine. Told reception about it when we were checking out, she said that we should have told them. We were only there 2 days so not much time in the room so not much of a problem 😊

Christina on reception was so lovely,she helped us surprise our friend for her birthday aswell as the other receptionist,lovely ladies The cleaner(although only seen her once in 4 days was lovely and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable,air con worked well This 4 day break we nicknamed Benidorm on a budget and its exactly what we got but couldnt complain for what we got but La Era didnt disappoint,Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Smell of people smoking weed from other balcony The hotel opposite had a roof party on the Saturday night and the dj was so loud it kept us awake The plastic loungers around the pool were static and uncomfortable

The price was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was within 10 to 15 minute walk of the beach, bars and restaurants but it was still fairly quiet a night.

It is a very minor grumble. There was no cleaning service so in the three days no bins changed or towels. One of our party asked for a fresh towel at reception and was advised we had not paid for this. Although the price was good I didn't realise when I booked on booking.com I needed to include this as an extra as I didn't see any indication I needed to. We rented four apartments so would have been happy to pay a little extra for a cleaning service. The rooms are comfortable but could use a bit of patching up. One apartment had a drip from the ceiling. One apartment the shower grid moved and the fridge was very old. All cosmetic issues really and not something that should deter anyone from staying for the price.

We like to close proximity to the old time. Only a 10 minute leisurely walk and your in the heart of it. 2minutes walk the the beautiful park. The hotel itself is clean and modern. These are probably the comfiest beds I have ever slept in here in Benidorm and we’ve been coming now for 10 years. Didn’t use the bar or pool because we were constantly out n about but they looked lovely. The reception staff were all great. Very helpful and chatty as we we’re coming and going. Definitely worth the money

I've stayed in La Era Park a few times now and have enjoyed every visit. It is on the outskirts of the old town in Benidorm meaning that it is just a short walk from the night life or quieter old town tapas bars. I tend to get an apartment as high up as possible to ensure a good view over the old town and the sea. Rooms are comfortable with 2 single beds in a bedroom and a pullout sofa bed in the living room which also includes an open plan kitchenette. Bathroom is complete with a good sized shower and the apartment is equipped with a large balcony which is ideal for a nice morning coffe sat in the sun admiring the views. I never book a breakfast as I would rather take a walk to the old town and try out different places. Staff are always very helpful and freindly.

The pool could do with a little upgrade as it is looking quite tired now.

The apartment was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. Beds were firm but comfortable. Location was excellent about 10 minutes from the New Town and Old town. Pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds available and the bar area served a range of bar snacks. The staff at the complex were the nicest bunch I have ever encountered and were so helpful.

The location was perfect for us, the staff were lovely. The apartment was a good size with comfortable beds. The car park was very helpful as the on street parking is non-existent! The public areas are clean, and there is a lovely pool deck.

The room is furnished in a very basic fashion. The A/C is not very effective, and the car park is very, very tight to negotiate.

this was my third stay at this hotel within the past 12 months. I love where it is located geographically, 5 mins walk to old town, 3 min walk from local Mercadona supermarket & 12 min walk to beach & nightlife. The hotel is very reasonably priced both to stay over as well as within the hotel bar. rooms are very basic, but equally very clean. staff are welcoming & friendly. respect works two ways and you definitely get that in this hotel. great views of old town from balcony which also gets the sun throughout the day.

towels were only changed once in 4 days, I am assuming this was due to being time of year (December) and less staff were working. a better option of hot & cold food would be nice.
