Comfortable, calm, very clean and well-equipped. Very kind hosts. Delicious fresh breakfast. Lovely situated in a small mountain village, amidst orange and lime gardens. Terrace with a great view over the valley. Good starting point for hiking tours and day trips (e.g. Deia, Valldemossa, Soller, Tramuntana mountains). Local café bar and very good restaurant right around the corner.

Biniaraix is only accessable via narrow and tricky roads. Very difficult parking situation, so be prepared to walk a few minutes from car to guest house.

We really liked the location, the rooms, the breakfast, and the staff! The hotel was in a quiet and peaceful village on the outskirts of Sóller (we walked into Sóller, and left the car parked) The GR 221 trail went through the village, so it staying in the hotel was great for wanting to hike!! A nice local cafe/bar was just down the street, and was a great place to relax after a hike ... with a drink, food or homemade cakes. The rooms were spotless clean and very comfortable. The rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and nice modern bathroom facilities. We ate breakfast on the veranda and it was a great start of the day with good food, a view of the valley with citrus trees and mountains... The personnel were friendly and helpful and took pride in the food that they served. We would certainly ike to come back, and are recommending friends to get the same experience that we had.

Driving and parking to the town was a big challenge. Parking in the town is very difficult, but we were very very lucky to find a spot in Biniaraix. Afterwards we discovered that the one way road between Biniaraix and Fornalutx had parking spots (Cami de Cas Patro Lau). During our stay we didnt use our car and only walked or used mass transit from Sóller)

What a beautiful quaint place. Very clean and great communication with the property owner. Bar Bodega next door is a must. Make sure you book up as it can get busy. It is a very small village and only one bar and restaurant but it did not matter as the owner of the bar is something else. She is so welcoming and the food is amazing. Only 20 minutes to Soller and 30 minutes walk to Fornulatx, both great places to visit. If you like hiking there are plenty of routes.

Very modern and up to date rooms while still keeping the authenticity of the town and the rest of the buildings. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating! The location was great only 20 minutes walk from Soller main square. I would recommend renting e-bikes or a car to visit the rest of the island and to get to any amenities. Couldn’t recommend this area enough, it has a lovely atmosphere and there was also a local festival on the week that we stayed which was enjoyable.

Great location, but be sure to have a car if you want to go around the island. Host was very nice to us all the time. Umbrellas in the lobby for the guests were very nice touch, since it was raining for a few days.

Room on the ground floor maybe needs a better sound isolation, you hear everyone entering the building, talking at the reception, and walking outside.

We loved the location, Biniaraix is the most quiet village of the area and close to the mountains for hiking! The room was perfect and breakfast exquisite!

You have to walk quite a while for a restaurant in the evening, and the roads are not very safe for pedestrians (especially with all the bends in the road and then in the dark, you often cannot see the cars coming and they can’t see you).

New and very clean. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Nice terrace with a beautiful view. Well located in the center of the village. The front room may be a bit noisy in summer as it is on the main Street. Friendly host.

When we were there in autumn the shop was closed and the restaurant in the village as well. However Sóller was only 10 minutes drive.

The host, she was so lovely and kind- and immediately responsive when I had questions. The facility was so lovely, clean and comfortable. Its location is perfect- about 20 minutes to the beach by car and the hiking route is just behind you. It was a great stay and I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was so so clean and beautiful! And the room was really beautiful and cozy. I would totally recommend it. The village where the hotel is small but very cute and peaceful! And the staff was so nice with us, the breakfast was amazing and we were really thankfull for habing founf that property.

What a fantastic place to stay. It is away from the bustle of Soller in the beautiful and more remote village of Binaraix. The property has been exquisitely refurbished to a very high standard and the rooms are well equipped - ours had basic kitchen facilities and was a small suite but the others all have a fridge at least. Marie is very attentive and happy to help out in any way she can. The bar and restaurant in the village are good - the restaurant (ES Barranc) in particular serves excellent food - we ate there three times. They are not open every day (but while we were there at least one was open each evening) and the bar seems a bit random with its opening. Soller is a relatively easy 1 and a bit mile walk away and takes less than 30 minutes and has plenty of shops (tourist and otherwise) and a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars. The other way - Fornultx is also a 30 min away up the road - again just over a mile and alos has a few bars and restaurants. Overall it was a great locatioon to base ourselves for some walking in the mountains (our first ever trip to Mallorca) and there were plenty of walks we could do without ever having to drive from Binaraix.
