Everything was at a high standard from the moment we arrived to when we left. The staff are highly professional and friendly. They work extremely hard to make sure that your experience at the hotel is positive. I liked how the general manager was visible and checked in with staff. The amenities were of a high standard and we loved the pool. The bars were excellent and the bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was of a very high standard and very clean. The towels and toiletries were high quality. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in Spain and the variety was exceptional. All in all, an outstanding experience! Will definitely go back!

Lovely pool. Rooms are comfortable and spotless. Comfy bed. Good bathroom, powerful shower. Nice towels etc.. Staff were all friendly & helpful. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal and lovely service. Underground parking was very easy to access and secure. I’d book it in advance next time to make sure I got a space. We wanted a talking stopover halfway from the ferry to Costa del sol, and this was ideal. We didn’t go into Caseres this time, so can’t comment on how long this might take. The hotel provide pool towels. The gym was well equipped.

Very good sized room with a small balcony overlooking the road but that was fine with us as we just wanted a fresh air option. Room was really clean and the bathroom was big with a great shower. We booked mainly for the location with easy parking and this worked perfectly with us. It is a quite a walk into town but we knew that and were happy to walk. We didn't find any good restaurants in walking distance and should have eaten in the town or got a taxi somewhere. All in all it was perfect for what we needed which was a good stop off on a drive from southern Spain to the ferry in France.

We did ask for a quiet room if possible and ended up with one over the front of the hotel entrance which was noisy at night with people coming and going and also near the lifts. Would stay again but not in the room we had.

Stunning breakfast, variety of food choice (except for coffee,... but generally, it´s hard to find a good coffee at hotel´s breakfasts... e.g. Nespresso machine would make a big difference) ! Staff is very kind and highly professional. With luck you can park your car in front of the hotel or nearby (for free). Amazing bathroom, balcony with nice view (upper floors).

As already said: breakfast coffee is to avoid... And also (for me) very soft mattress which causes some back/neck pain for people used to firm ones. Only water in the mini bar.

Clean, very good pool, good air conditioning, very friendly and helpful staff, limited but tasty menu.

Beds a bit soft for my taste; pool only opens at 11am whereas an early morning swim before the arrival of the heat (and the very noisy families!) would have been a great plus. Not a problem for us, just note that you need taxi transport to the old centre, it’s not walking distance, at least not in summer.

Modern hotel, comfortable spacious room, easy to find free parking nearby, swimming pool available. Good value for the price.

Lack of hotel flexibility. I requested an aditional day (not for free) and they asqued me to create a new reservation... Communication was very poor, day after answers to the app, and several times unavailable by phone. Swimming area could be and look nicer, pool was a bit cold ( could benefit from a minimum warming system) and was partially being maintenanced impacting the chairs and sun covers around.

Great place for a stopover in Caceres. Easily accessible from the motorway but also walking distance from the city centre (20 minutes or so). Payable underground parking or plenty of free parking around the outside of the hotel. The pool area is great and perfect after a day out exploring. Breakfast was great too - not included in the room price but good value at 11 euros per person.

The restaurant doesn't open until 8.30 in the evening so it would be good to have some lighter snack options available beforehand, particularly for families with children who have an earlier bedtime. Otherwise it's a case of going out to look for other options. Luckily McDonalds was available nearby!

The hotel is clean, new and has a nice pool. The front desk lady was very nice and happy to give us an early check-in.

One of the tall front desk staff manager did not seen friendly or helpful at all. Our key did not work and we needed to exchange exchange both keys. She was unwilling to give my husband both keys and made us replace the 2nd key only when we bring back the other key that I had in my room. The problem is that there is always a line. Also the location is at least 35 minutes from the old town.

Well located, clean, spacious, very comfortable . Good underground garaging

The reception queue was just not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The two lady receptionists were very good but the male called Jesus, was slow loud and unaware of the queue building up. The two girls processes four arrivals in the time Jesus just talked to and directed two elderly ladies.

The staff on the reception were very helpful in sorting out an alternative room when we realised the upgraded on they allocated had a double bed rather than the twin beds requested for my son and I. I did feel the parking was a bit expensive, @ Euros 17, but EV charging was available without charge so that compensated. We were late for lunch but they still served us and accommodating in the evening. The food was really good and decent value. The location was really convenient for us as we were travelling across the country.

Only the cost of the parking as mentioned above. Other than that no complaints.
