Beautiful location and room directly overlooking the main plaza and the old-old town directly opposite. As it was Easter week, all the major processions crossed through the square, so some we watched with the people down below and some from our room - fabulous. Staff also were very friendly and helpful.

Two minor things: One curtain was not working, I temporarily repaired it with a staff member and they replaced it the next day. And we could not adjust the cooling from the air conditioner: the staff agreed they need to upgrade the air conditioning system.

We arrived late but the check in was still very quickly. The location can not be bettered as the Hotel is right on the Plaza Mayor. Our room didn't have a view of the square but if you booked a room overlooking the Plaza it will be even better. We didn't eat at the hotel at all so can not comment on the restaurant or food. Check-out was also easy and we could store our luggage after check-out and before leaving town. There is public parking close by. Friendly and efficient staff. I also had some laundry done which was quick (but expensive!) Very comfortable bed and pillow, and a lovely strong shower with hot water.

We didn't have a bottle opener (cork screw or bottle opener) in the room to open the tonic water (in a glass bottle) which was in the mini-bar. I had to go down to reception to ask for it and was told to go ask next door at their restaurant (eventually got one from a waiter). Since there are drinks available in the room's mini-bar a bottle opener should be provided as well please.

Great location, good food in the hotel restaurant both breakfast and dinner, roomy bathroom, and okay beds.

We had to wait 45 minutes to check in with only one party ahead of us! The receptionist not only didn’t try to work with us when the other party was filling out forms or some other activity that didn’t require her assistance, but she didn’t apologize or acknowledge that we had been standing there for such a long time. Checking out was oddly slow as well. Have never seen such an inefficient reception.

Location couldn't be better, very central, right by the Plaza Mayor. The room was super comfortable and very quiet. There is no parking but the hotel has an agreement with a nearby parking garage, which is very convenient as this is a very restrictive area and parking is very difficult.

Even though the hotel supposedly has AC the room was very hot, and when I complained they said that they could not connect the AC because of whatever reasons related to city regulations due to the fact that it was the end of October and the weather was supposed to be already cold?? We could not open the windows because of the noise outside, and the first night we couldn't sleep. The next day they provided us with fans. That helped a little, but not enough.

The location is excellent, facing Playa Mayor. Our room was spacious and we had a view over the historic town. Our bathroom also was quite large. The restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and lunch. G Though there was no parking, the hotel had made arrangements with a nearby multi-storey, which conveniently located a short walk from the hotel.

Nothing too significant, only minor complaint that we had two singles instead of a double.

It’s VERY central in the square The only problem you have is if you have a car you need to park in a car park you are able to unload your luggage at the hotel you then have to take your car to the car park and the streets are VERY narrow as you have to go around the town to get to the car park all one way streets

Car parking as it was 42c on the day I arrived and it took me 45 mins to find the hotel as the roads are closed into the square

Amazing location! So central in the city! For coming by car, thank you we could unload so close to the hotel and that you have a discount rate for the very expensive local parking garage. Service was perfect, friendly staff at the reception. Room is a bit small if you travel with big luggage. But everything is clean, that's what counts. Breakfast is just fine, nothing to special.

Great location on the edge of the Plaza Mayor. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. We were given good instructions on how to get to the hotel... but our GPS let us down.

The room had a view onto an inner courtyard (not very scenic). Our GPS originally took us into the narrow cobbled streets of the old town - luckily we had a small car! So my advice is to drive to the nearest car park and walk, or use the coordinates of the street next to the hotel.

Rooms are big enough and the şocation is very centric. The hotel basically located in the historic city center. Room vas very clean, there was complimentary coffee which was nice. Staff was helpful and there was a lot pf restaura ts and cafes around.

Just one issue, the toilet seat was very close to the wall which makes you get in contact with cold wall. Not a big fan :) Also water pressure wasnt so good but it was managable

A great location in the Plaza Mayor, the heart of the old town with the castle and cathedral right in the forefront. Pleasant and helpful staff made for an agreeable stay.

As I use a desktop computer, this was the one drawback as there was no desk, nor a chair. When I obtained a chair at reception, I was able to operate sidesaddle at what was effectively a type of sideboard. Not comfortable and the owners ought to re-think this handicap as the room was spacious enough - it just lacked the correct furniture.
