My second visit and, as before, it was an enjoyable stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was substantial with a wide choice of hot and cold items to suit all tastes. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. There is a large lobby with comfortable seats are an assortment of small bars and cafes nearby. The railway and bus stations are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

This is not a criticism - just something to be aware of. The main attractions of Caceres are quite a long walk from the hotel as are the more substantial restaurants.

This modern hotel offers good accommodation with secure and spacious car parking and breakfast included central to the city. It is easy to find and access and is a landmark to its location whether one travels by car or coach. It is now our go to hotel when travelling from Marbella to Santander.

In Spain the air conditioning is not activated out of season which can cause discomfort in west facing rooms on sunny days. To open the window is to enjoy the noise of the city. The swimming pool again is seasonal and this year may not be in use because of drought conditions.

A very nice hotel. lovely big room and bathroom. all the usual facilities. Nice towels. Very good breakfast with cooked as well as continental and a good choice. Sadly no restaurant for evening meals but there was a tapas bar and that was fine. It was about 15 minutes walk from the ancient city which was our main reason for visiting Caceres. That is worth the walk and even though hot part of the walk was through a shaded Paseo de Espana. The old city dates back to 15th and 16th century and is very well preserved. There was secure parking below the hotel which was good and not cramped. a lift from the garage to our floor which was helpful. the staff were pleasant and helpful with directions and advice.

Nothing. it was an excellent Spanish hotel.

All the staff were I met were excellent, however I must give a special mention to Maria Jesus. I was tired after the drive from Cádiz and Maria was on reception for my check in. She was efficient, helpful, warm and just lovely😊. When travelling alone, this means a great deal and is so much appreciated

lacks in atmosphere reception space could be used so much better . Why don’t you have a small bar there that would be nice. Rooms a bit dated need upgrading for a 4star. Can’t open window as door to room rattles . Do people still need combs ! in the bathroom and shoe polishers why when the old world wears trainers ! I forgot my face cleansers and would have been nice to see a few of those there. wi fi not always working change your password on your card sleeve it’s confusing !

Good location, excellent car parking. Unpromising swimming pool was actually good. Hotel bar did good food.

It’s very functional, and showed signs of needing investment. Although it was good that it had an EV charger, I couldn’t get it to work and none of the staff could help me. Possibly my incompetence.

It was clean, food, and staff were all excellent.

Be aware at the end of the hotel is a disco, our stay was a Saturday night and from 0100-0500hrs it was a really noise on the street below our room (we did not sleep during this time). Advice, make sure you ask for a room at the back well away from the disco and the street they all pile out onto.

Location, great parking, breakfast was good, lots of staff, good selection

We Stayed on Saturday night and the club down the road was playing music until 7am and Sunday morning, fortunately the double glazing did it's job. Did not have tea making facilities, but did have a café in the lobby.

it is located within walking distance of the medieval heart of Cáceres (1,3 km, 15 minutes). The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was great and well supplied. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rate includes an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is good. The bar is nice and has a fine choice of light meals if you don´t feel like having big meals. The underground car park is convenient (15€/day, with the lifts taking you straight to your floor).

The wifi was poor (in power and coverage). Also, the owners of Apple phones and iPads must authorize their connection at the reception, a most unusual requirement.

Good location as stopover en route from Santander to the Algarve with underground parking (15 euros extra per night), bar and restaurant facilities. Attentive waiter and delicious meal with wine at a reasonable price. Good breakfast with adequate choices.

Large city hotel with not much atmosphere. Bar/cafeteria area a little noisy but we sat outside for drinks and meal.
