It was really nice location 15 walking minutes away from old town in Cadiz and directly in front of the best white sand beach in Cadiz. Breakfast was really good with frest fruits and very friendly staff. Room was very clean. I recommend the hotel.

A minor problem was that there was no balcony to hang the wet swimsuits, towels etc. Pillow Menü was available for the room. Sadly I didnt really like the pillow in the room and I was provided with another one which I found really nice. Still, it wasnt comfortable for my neck and couldnt order a new one because the housekeeping was away for the night but it was the one and only minus…

The whole experience was extremely positive. From the moment we arrived in reception and were greeted by the very professional Theresa, to the time we left, the whole stay was excellent. The superior room was very large and it was also very light and airy. The balcony are was also a very decent size. Breakfast was ample and kept us going most of the day. The waiting staff were extremely hard working and were constantly replenishing things. The cleaning was superb ( Pilar our room cleaner was extremely efficient and friendly. ) Another commendation to Isabella on reception who was also very professional with a great smile. It felt as though the hotel had our best interests at heart.

The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The beach is a block away, the historic center is within walking distance, and there’s a grocery store around the corner. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable! We caught up on our sleep there. Best of all is the staff. My husband is disabled and they allowed us the most convenient parking. We are deeply grateful for Susanna who helped us with our arrangements. Great hotel. Can’t say enough good about our stay here.

Everything was excellent!

Lovely staff, super accommodating. They found the beach towels even if they had been packed away for the winter. We were allowed to use the parking longer as our flight was not until late in the evening. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Best location for Santa Maria beach.

Nothing really. We did not have breakfast and the room looked a bit sterile but the food looked fine.

- the hotel staff is warm, hands-on and proactive. Everyone greets you, everyone makes you feel welcome. I can't stress how much of a difference it makes. - hotel parking onsite - CLEANLINESS - free bottles of water - our bed was gigantic and very comfortable - bathroom essentials (incl. a dental kit w/ mouthwash and a shower sponge) - proximity to old city and beach

- our view was forgettable but that was expected. - The fitness centre is limited in equipments and lacks natural light. It feels like an storage room converted in a gym. You can definitely get a workout done but you're better off going to the workout park by the beach or for a run..

This is a good hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, well located for beach and the old town. Room staff particularly quick in making up the room each morning. Garage facilities underground, excellent at reasonable prices. Breakfast was good but, as usually in hotels, too much so we tended to go out.

Our double room was very large and had two armchairs and a coffee table as well. The breakfast was superb here with a vast array of food available every morning and the location on the Avenida de Andulucia could not be better.

There was nothing in particular that we did not like at this city hotel which is just a short walk to the old town and an even shorter walk to the beach and the promenade.

The staff on reception were excellent - and helped us personally after we had checked out; we had left a backpack in a taxi in Jerez, and the taxi driver contacted your hotel. The receptionist remembered us and arranged for the taxi driver to return the bag to our accommodation in Jerez. So very helpful.

The location, the hotel is right around the corner from a beautiful beach and a 15 minute stroll to the old town. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good, well stocked and replenished often. The hotel was immaculately clean.

The restaurant was very good for buffet breakfast. We didn't eat dinner there as the ambience wasn't great

Attentive polite staff. Good location and central. Near the old town which we loved.

Breakfast staff didn’t clear the crockery from the tables. Had to do it myself after each course. The coffee machines were both dangerous-spluttered and need attention. Superb breakfast choices but the addition of nuts would make it perfect for a healthy start.
